Super relax in un appartamento favoloso e giornate di mare su spiagge incantevoli

Pro: Casa spaziosa, ben arredata, pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort, comoda alle più belle spiagge a Chia e dintorni. La signora Morena molto gentile e premurosa nei nostri confronti. Anche i nostri due bambini (6 e 8 anni) sono stati entusiasti dell'appartamento e del posto!

Contro: Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

Conosci Chia e non vorresti vedere altro.

Pro: Casa in posizione leggermente collinare, zona riversata con ingresso e parcheggio privatai,grande veranda esterna fronte mare, comoda doccia esterna, lavatrice nella veranda posteriore, ambienti climatizzati, zona silenziosa. Consiglio per famiglie. Proprietaria sempre raggiungibile per ogni richiesta.

Pro: La villetta è bellissima arredata con gusto, cucina spaziosa e veranda super con vista sul mare, la doccia all'esterno un valore aggiunto complimenti a Morena per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità in tutto ci torneremo sicuramente

Pro: Parcheggio fronte casa, silenzio, terrazza vista mare

Contro: Priva di zanzariere nonostante presenza di parecchie zanzare, la pulizia può migliorare come la doccia.

Pro: Casa nuova, molto carina e pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari ad una vacanza in famiglia. Fantastiche la terrazza con vista e la doccia esterna! La proprietaria inoltre è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Pro: Casa comoda, funzionale, ben attrezzata sia all'interno che esternamente (lavanderia, doccia esterna) Posizione in leggera collina, zero umidità, splendida vista mare. Host gentilissima e molto disponibile

Spacious villa in a sleepy coastal town

Pro: Chia is a sleepy little town in the off season but that makes it very easy to get around. Not all restaurants are open and it was a little challenging on the first night to find a place for dinner. It was easier after we got the lay of the land. Villa Chia is very well located if you have a car but otherwise would be a long walk to the beach. The local beach is beautiful. There is a nice long distance view to the beach from the balcony which is well set up with table and chairs and a lounge. A nice place to stay.

Contro: More attention to guest comfort would improve the experience. There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen, no toilet paper and no plug for the kitchen sink.

Pro: Staff (Owner’s daughter?) Monera doesn’t speak English but she used translate . We could sent message without issues Thank you !!

Contro: Kitchen items Chopping knife didn’t work well Monera brought another one next day Chopping board was missing Thank you so much to bring it Wine opener was broken —Thank you for replacement next day I really like Monera’s prompt hospitality service Much appreciated Neighbors family (Next door )was noisy .. They must be holiday people . Children’s chatting and exciting noise . Never mind..

Wonderful place, small Oasis around Chia... Highly recommend! :)

Pro: Very spacious, pleasant apartment at the top of a small road with a great view, surrounded by beautiful flowers. Well furnished and private, easy to access with dedicated parking in front of the house... It is very quiet and intimate and has a large terrace with the view on the sea. Kitchen is fully equipped. The owner manages the property and is very kind and communicative. Air conditioning very quiet! I really enjoyed coming here, the location was perfect, 10 minutes by car to all the great beaches nearby.

Contro: I was too heavy for the bed so it wasn't great for me but I'm sure OK for most. Just the pillows were not nice. I would love to come again but would bring or buy my own pillows if I stayed more than a couple of days. Also please change the light bulbs! They are so white! But really, small detail, I cannot complain at all. Thank you.
