Villa fantastica Villasimius

Pro: Tutto perfetto .la villa molto bella e con ogni confort. Vicina al mare e vicina a più spiagge da raggiungere in breve tempo. Il proprietario disponibile e gentile Consiglio la villa a famiglie numerose..ci sono ben 4 stanze da letto,due bagni,un ampio giardino e una bella zona esterna dove pranzare, cenare e una zona relax davanti all ingresso di casa

Favoloso!

Pro: Ottima posizione sia per chi vuole godere del mare vicinissimo ( a soli 3 minuti a piedi), sia per chi vuole spostarsi nei dintorni. La casa è ben attrezzata, curata, pulita e confortevole. Il giardino splendido, dotato anche di vasca a idromassaggio che abbiamo sfruttato diverse volte. La consiglierei a tutte le famiglie che vogliono fare una splendida vacanza in Sardegna. Il proprietario inoltre è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Spero di tornarci presto!

Pro: Bella struttura accogliente ottima per gruppi numerosi. Giardino bello, spazioso e curato, ottimo per relax postmare. Posizione strategica. Titolare molto disponibile e pronto ad assisterci e consigliarci. Un vero valore aggiunto!!

This place sets the standard for an ideal Sardinian vacation.

Pro: The host was extremely helpful. He did not hesitate to help us even though we had problems outside of the property. Also he had great recommendations about just everything(restaurants, car rental, places to see etc.) about the visit in Sardinia. The property was very spacious and beautiful in a quiet neighborhood next to the beach. We could easily fit in with a group of ten people(3 couples, 4 friends). The property was clean and very well-maintained. The jacuzzi was the best place to rest after the busy day of excursions in Sardinia. No matter how much I say about this property, words can't fully capture how amazing it was to stay here, especially with such a welcoming host. You have to experience these marvelous holidays for yourself.

Contro: I wish we could have stayed longer.

Pro: Very nice house close to the beach and not too far from Cagliari.

Perfect winter refuge

Pro: Great contact with the host even one week before the stay, quick reaction when the heating system malfunctioned (everything fixed of course!), very clear instructions, spacious, cleaned and cosy interior, beautiful garden, peaceful neighbourhood of detached houses, very close to the sea. There was 17-20 degrees, which was about 15 more than in Poland. It was a perfect winter refuge for us!

Contro: I can't remind myself anything like that. :)

Fantastic holiday

Pro: I have been with my family and friends in this beautiful house. The house is very spacious, the bathrooms have just been renovated, and there is no need to buy bottled water because clear and delicious water comes out of the taps. The owner was exceptional, he recommended beaches to visit as well as restaurants and farm stays. We will definitely come back.

Pro: very beautiful villa, with all amenities and a small jacuzzi in the yard. very attentive staff, the beach is 5 minutes away 👍

Pro: The location and size of the villa. The cleanliness and the facilities. It was nice and quiet but close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

Contro: The villa would have benefited from some decent coffee mugs, a good set of saucepan and some cushions on the outside furniture..

Pro: Bardzo przyjemne i przestrzenne mieszkanie. Zatrzymaliśmy się w styczniu i było dobrze dogrzane. Podgrzewane Jaccuzzi też było super. Lokalizacja parę minut od polanki z pięknym widokiem na morze i Cagliari.
