Pro: Casa corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione. Tre piani, quattro stanze e quattro bagni, ampia cucina fornita di tutto, anche lavastoviglie.. intera casa climatizzata. C'è anche Alexa. Lavatrice in esterno. Comoda per gruppi di amici, coppie e famiglie . Possibilità di parcheggio in strada gratuito.
Contro: il cortile esterno poco arieggiato.. è coperto da un plexiglass che creava davvero una cappa di calore e una zona un po' umida e piena di zanzare .. da segnalare la mancanza di zanzariere dalle finestre. Materassi un po scomodi.

Bellissima esperienza, ci tornerei.
Pro: La villa é ben tenuta e molto spaziosa. Offre tantissimi servizi soprattutto per le famiglie numerose con bambini. Si trova in un quartiere signorile a circa 20 minuti a piedi da centro.
Contro: L’aspetto della pulizia potrebbe essere migliorato, capelli e pelucchi sparsi in giro ed asciugamani non molto profumati.

Pro: The place was spotless. There is everything you need for your stay. Air conditioning is everywhere and very effective. We had the most relaxing nights as the place is really quiet. We hope we can visit them again next year.

Pro: The villa was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed, from beach towels to a fully equipped kitchen, and even thoughtful extras like fruit and snacks. For families traveling with a baby, they provide everything you might need. The place was clean and well-kept – we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Pro: Spacious rooms with air conditioning and each of their own bathrooms. Large kitchen and love the sensor lights. Cristina, promptly replied to our messages regarding everything. She was always available to answer our questions and resolve any kind of problems that we encountered during our stay. We recommend!! Will surely come back!

Pro: Villa propre, équipements disponibles, extérieur agréable, très belle maison, serviettes, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, draps, tout est à disposition, hôte toujours disponible et agréable. Nous avons même profité du barbecue.
Contro: L’emplacement n’était pas top car c’était un peu loin du centre (20 minutes en bus) mais bon on le savait avant de réserver.

Pro: Our group of 10 friends from Ljubljana had the most amazing stay at Christina's villa in Cagliari! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a group - featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an incredible garden where we spent unforgettable moments together, enjoying BBQ and relaxing.
Contro: Christina was a truly exceptional host. She welcomed us with a bottle of domestic white wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. She was always available for any questions and even alllowed us a late check out, making our departure stress free. The villa's location was perfect, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Cagliari, look no further! Thank you, Christina, for making our trip so special- we can't wait to returns! Highly recommend!
