Relax e confort , tutto perfetto

Pro: L’hotel Castello è sempre una garanzia, accoglienza al top del direttore Marcello Spiga che conoscevamo già, tutto il personale gentilissimo sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, relax e giornate stupende di sole hanno contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza come la desideravamo. Torneremo sicuramente, un grazie di cuore .

Lovely hotel and staff

Pro: A lovely hotel for a family summer vacation with a warm atmosphere, friendly service, nice sports facilities, nightly music show, delicious food and magnificent sea - so clean and so comfortable for swimming. All the staff were all welcoming and helpful. Our special thanks go to Miroslava - very attentive and professional - no request for assistance was a problem for her. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Pro: We like it all!! The staff is very nice, kind and friendly, the food was great, delicious, we really loved it!! The resort is very big, you can walk by nature, relax and enjoy. The sea is calm, no big waves, very clean!! The room was big and fabulos! The resort was above our expectations, also we enjoyed the time spent on Thalaso spa, the six pools are very relaxing and a must do thing if you are there. I definitely recommend it, is the best resort from Sardinia! We want to come back soon!!

Pro: Cavalieri Restaurant superb service and attention from the staff, they are always nearby for any requirement, well manage and motivated staff. Daily breakfast was magnificent, one of the best I had in 5 stars hotels. Had 1 dinner at Cavalieri, a buffet dinner, amazing variety of good quality and diverse offers, as half-board package, included bottle of wine and water. The restaurant was packed of guest during my dinner time. I think that there was a reason for that. Great Cavalieri.

Однозначно исправить ситуацию в номерах где присутствует запах,выявить причину и устранить

Pro: Хорошее расположение,красивая зеленая территория,приветливый персонал,хорошая кухня.

Contro: Отдыхали семьей,брали 2 номера,один большой с видом на море и второй обычный стандарт(2 этаж 214 номер),в номере стандарт стоял ужасный затхлый запах,это не запах от канализации,скорее запах прелого,старого,на мою просьбу поменять номер 2 раза -игнор.Было неприятно,отель такого уровня должен предоставлять все номера в достойном состоянии,чтобы гости чувствовали себя в комфорте и хотели вернуться вновь.
