Tra Terra e Mare

Villa silenziosa, spaziosa e comoda.

Pro: Per noi che volevamo andare alla scoperta della Costa Sud, da Villasimius a Costa Rei, la posizione era eccellente. Al riparo dal traffico, silenziosa e spaziosa, la villa è stata una soluzione comodissima per un gruppo di 6 persone ma è certamente adatta anche ad ospitarne di più. I proprietari, gentili e disponibili, abitano lì di fianco e sono due persone discrete e cortesi.

Contro: Il soggiorno è stato assolutamente ottimo. Non si tratta di qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare delle saponette shampoo e gel doccia nei servizi. In ogni caso, c'è un market lì davanti e acquistarli non è stato impegnativo.

Pro: struttura recente, pulita, ben tenuta. Valore aggiunto avere per ciascuna camera il bagno privato. Piscina privata meraviglia, giardino privato attrezzato di ogni confort. Personale gentile e discreto

Spacious Villa with a lovely big garden

Pro: Good spacious bedrooms, comfy beds. AC in every room. En suite every room. Lovely garden and pool area. Beach close by and on a bus route. Nice local restaurants. Our hosts were amazing and really friendly, they only lived next door.

Contro: Lack of kitchen facilities. Could do with a toaster. No living area, so if you wanted to sit around and chat it was on hard wooden chairs. Paid for a towel service but didn't include beach towels.

Pro: Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine schöne ruhige Gegend. Der Pool war super und das meer in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub mit sehr netten Vermietern. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Une semaine fantastique

Pro: Rien à redire sur l’hébergement, c’était parfait ! Un endroit calme, sécurisé avec une super piscine qui est vraiment un plus quand il fait chaud. De plus, le logement était vraiment très propre, chaque chambre à sa salle de bain et une porte qui donne sur l’extérieur. Nous avons été très bien accueillis malgré la barrière de la langue Je recommande vivement ce logement

Pro: Casa superba,curata, cu toate facilitatile: masina de spalat vase, masina de spalat rufe, bucatarie utilata cu tot ce e nevoie, aer conditionat in toate incaperile, gratar in curte, terasa frumoasa, o curte splendida. Foarte primitoare si confortabila. Piscina este minunata, cu apa calduta, gazedele de ajutor cu orice este nevoie! Proprietate situata pe domeniu privat, cu acces doar pentru cei din incinta, ceea ce ofera siguranta si liniste. Situata in punct strategic pentru a explora insula, foarte aproape de Cagliari. Multumim de primire!

Heerlijk huis voor een gezin. Auto wel nodig

Pro: Het is een heerlijk huis. Schoon en goed onderhouden. Op een groot perceel in mooie tuin. Grote veranda. Drie grote slaapkamers met badkamers. Erg fijn voor een gezin. Supermarkt op 150 meter. Afhaalpizza op 300 meter en bakker op 800 meter.

Contro: Zwembad is aan de kleine kant. Directe omgeving is niet erg bijzonder. Maar prima uitvalsbasis voor de stranden en stad Calvliari en wat verder weg de prachtige stranden richting Villasimius

Pro: Das Haus selber, der super nette Empfang, die Lage, die Nähe zum Strand ….

Pro: Es war sehr geräumig, komfortabel und sauber gehalten und gepflegt. Würde diese Unterkunft jeden weiterempfehlen der einen ruhige und entspannten Urlaub erleben möchte.
