Pro: Location molto ampia con dotazione di tutti i servizi: due bagni, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, barbecue, doccia supplementare esterna in zona solarium. Terrazza molto ampia con vista del mare.

Che spettacolo!

Pro: La casa è in posizione strategica. Basta fare pochi scalini e si arriva nel centro di villasimius. La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto in ogni minino dettaglio. Non manca nulla, lavastoviglie, fornetto, forno a microonde, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Fiore all'occhiello il terrazzo da dove si può vedere l'alba. Una casa da sogno con una proprietaria, Marianna, disponibilissima e molto cordiale. Un'esperienza che consiglio vivamente. Noi ci ritorneremo!

Contro: Per trovare il pelo nell'uovo scomode le tendine della doccia: per la casa perfetta consigliamo di sostituirle con cabine doccia! 😉

Pro: Absolutely beautiful apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Fantastic location, a short walk to the restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Areally special stay.

Pro: Great location for walking into Villasimius & visiting different beaches by car. Marianna was very helpful with advice about the area & restaurant suggestions. Apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed for a self catered stay.

Ein insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt in guter Lage mit freundlicher Gastgeberin.

Pro: Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Villasimius Marina House. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend – ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt,, aber die Strände sind nur mit Auto . Die Gegend ist wunderschön, Hoch und ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Appartment ist großzügig geschnitten, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön fanden wir die große Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit – perfekt für gemeinsame Abende draußen. Auch die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Gastgeberin Marianna war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte ( hatten wir keine) – dafür ein großes Lob!

Contro: Ein paar Dinge sollten jedoch verbessert werden: Die Dusche in den Badezimmern sind Innstand zu halten. Die Halterung der Kopfdusche ist wackelig bzw. nicht richtig befestigt, was das Duschen ziemlich umständlich machte. auch der Duschkopf im zweiten Badezimmer ist mit eine Schnur befestigt. Das sollte unbedingt repariert werden. Die Vorhänge sind deren Funktion nicht ganz ideal (Wasser rinnt ins Bad raus), Boden trocknet aber schnell. Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern waren für uns leider nicht bequem – sehr durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort deutlich gemindert hat. Nach mehreren Nächten merkt man das schon deutlich. Nur die Hohen Betten im hinteren Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut. Trotz dieser Mängel hatten wir eine gute Zeit und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen – besonders wenn diese beiden Punkte noch optimiert werden. Dann wäre es ein nahezu perfektes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Region!

Marianna was a wonderful host and made sure she was completely available to us. The location was perfect for the beaches

Pro: The space was really large and the outdoor space was too.

Contro: The third bedroom didn’t have ac so we couldn’t use it and that made the trip a bit tougher since we had to share a bed with our child.

Ein wunderbares Wohnerlebnis

Pro: Das Villasimius Marina House garantiert ein eindrückliches Wohnerlebnis was die Lage, Aussicht, Architektur und Ausstattung anbelangt. Wir haben noch nichts vergleichbares gesehen. Marianna hat mit viel Liebe zum Detail ein einzigartiges Bijou geschaffen und wir sind sehr happy, dass wir sie kennen lernen und im Marina House zu Gast sein durften. Alles hat gepasst. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit in Villasimius genossen. Vielen Dank, Marianna!

Great stay in central Villasimius with a responsive, friendly host

Pro: Marianna’s apartment is well equipped with many thoughtful and helpful touches. She was great providing tons of great tips on restaurants and beaches as well as providing beach towels and an umbrella for us. The location is very central in Villasimius, and as far as we noticed it was very safe and quiet as well. There is a grocery store and many restaurants and coffee 2 min walk from her house.

Contro: The apartment is up a hill from the town, it’s short but it’s quite steep. Think two short blocks of pretty steep street, then about 30 stairs up to the apartment. When you approach by car, you can use the elevator and no stairs required. We didn’t think it was a big deal (even with small kids, we had 3 kids under 7 years old) but if you had trouble walking could be an issue.
