STUPENDA

Pro: Carlo, il proprietario, una persona stupenda. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con dolci, salumi, formaggi e vino. Disponibile per ogni informazione che gli abbiamo chiesto. La casa è dotata di ogni confort. Ogni camera ha l’aria condizionata. La cucina è servita con tantissimi utensili, piatti e stoviglie. C’è una veranda con lavatrice dove poter stendere. Il patio con tavolò è meraviglioso per mangiare fuori la sera. All’ interno è possibile parcheggiare l’auto, noi addirittura avendone due piccole le mettevamo entrambe. All’esterno si trova una doccia comodissima per quando si torna dal mare. La casa si trova in un complesso residenziale stupendo. È vicinissima alle più belle spiagge di Villasimius oltre che a molti supermercati.

Contro: Assolutamente nulla

Pro: Siamo stati ospiti del signor Carlo a casa Albert per una settimana ad agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa ha tutti i comfort e si trova in una posizione strategica per girare tutte le spiagge più belle a soli 10/20 min di auto. Il giardino esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi,cenare e trascorrere le serate in compagnia. All'interno c'è posto per due auto quindi non si hanno problemi di parcheggio. Inoltre la casa è a solo un'ora da Cagliari se si vuole trascorrere una serata in città. Infine l'ospitalità è stata eccezionale,siamo stati accolti con dolcini e altri prodotti tipici della Sardegna! Tutto perfetto!

A great base to explore the local area.

Pro: Casa Mari is a home from home. The lovely Carlo met us and showed us around and we were surprised by a wonderful welcome pack of Sardinian food and wine! The house is equipped with everything, from a kettle to bin bags, from washing machine to outdoor shower and hose and even sun loungers and umbrella for the beach! It has a lovely outside area to eat and sit in and the bedrooms are spacious. I can’t fault it. The two supermarkets are a five minute walk away and the town is a ten minute walk; it has a market and lots of restaurants. There are many beaches within an easy drive and the port is also close to rent a boat.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind and welcoming — he made us feel right at home. Everything was exceptionally clean, and we really appreciated the peaceful location. It was also great that we had access to the gate remote. The place was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a vacation. Beach equipment like umbrellas and chairs were provided, which was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the kitchen, which was fully equipped for 12 people — that meant we always had clean utensils available without having to wait for someone to wash them. Carlo was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

Pro: The house was in great condition just as advertised. The house is central to everything in Villasimius. Our host Carlo was great and greeted us with some drinks and snacks at our arrival. Super Host - we will be back. thank you

Pro: Owner and wife very friendly, very welcoming. When we arrived they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and cheese to our surprise! House was very nice and clean, all appliances were great. Comfy sofas and comfy beds.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: The host was very helpful. Even dropped my children to the beach one day.

Pro: Tolle Unterkunft und super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hausbesitzer, der jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit war😌

Super Urlaub, hat alles gepasst

Pro: Es war alles sauber , es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war in einem gepflegten Zustand . Gepflegte Anlage

Contro: Müll Trennung, vier verschiedene Mülltonnen . Tgl musste eine Tonne raus gestellt werden. Es war auch richtig bei der Hitze , meckern auf hohem Niveau 😁

Magnifique!!!

Pro: Uitstekende service, hele vriendelijke man! Kwam ons gewoon ivm vertraging midden in de nacht de sleutel brengen, terwijl hij zelf een uur van bestemming af woont. Prachtige omgeving, vele stranden allemaal even mooi!! Woning van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer netjes, heerlijke bedden, uitstekende airco op elke kamer, een heel gezellig huisje! Zou zo weer teruggaan!

Contro: Werkelijk niets!
