Bellissima spiaggia sottostante facilmente raggiungibile
Pro: Ottima posizione se piace il relax, natura e ovviamente il mare.
Contro: Negozi a 10 min non sempre comodo

Vacanza in un’oasi di pace
Pro: Mi è piaciuto tutto: la villa è all’interno di un residence che è un’oasi di pace; è dotata di ogni comfort; all’esterno vi è il giardino vista mare e un portico con un grande tavolo per cenare. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. Un grazie alla signora Francesca, sempre raggiungibile telefonicamente, molto gentile e disponibile.

Without the noise at the weekend like paradise!
Pro: Lovely spot with a fantastic view. All clean and looked after well. Francesca was always there for questions.
Contro: We didn‘t like the motorbikes going round at the weekend. It is such a lovely area and they spoil it!

Overall we was pretty happy with property and host Paola did try her best.
Pro: Very close to the beach, easy to access, just 5min. walk.Villasimius town 10min. drive.Property was fully occupied with all cutlery, plates and pans enough to make dinner for 8 people.
Contro: We did book with swimming pool, unfortunately pool wasn’t ready for use and it’s not private. One of air conditioning units was leaking water on stairs, which was not safe. Communication between us and property management wasn’t easy, because they English wasn’t good .

Incredible views and comfortable space
Pro: Incredible terrace and views, extremely well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, spacious, clean, safe, close to Villasimius and not too far from Cagliari. It was perfect for our group of three people (three bedrooms and two bathrooms)
Contro: Minor but host was not super responsive. We had informed ourselves beforehand but the listing is slightly misleading: there is a shared community pool but it's not private to just the house. Additionally, there is not an easy walking path to the nearest beach

Cadre idyllique pour se reposer.
Pro: Emplacement magnifique à 2 pas de la plage par un petit chemin piéton. Vue dégagée jusqu'à la mer. Terrasse très agréable. Résidence calme et agréable.
Contro: Un peu petit pour 4 adultes et 2 ados mais plutôt conseillé pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Douches bouchées mais la propriétaire à proposé d'envoyer quelqu'un pour y remédier. Pommeaux de douche à remplacer.

Pro: Location In front of a beautiful and not crowded beach. The table outside is also super nice. The host always available and ready to help.
Contro: If you use two showers at once, the water pressure goes down. The internet is bad, but because of the location. Understandable.

Pro: Totul a fost foarte frumos! Initial casa mi s-a parut mai mica decat in poze, dar s-a dovedit a fi perfecta. Locatia foarte accesibila, (drum privat cu bariera, chiar din drumul principal). Privelistea deosebita, casa curata si bucataria utilata cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost usoara, foarte receptivi la nevoile noastre.
Contro: Nu am nimic de spus negativ.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin!
Pro: Francesca, die Gastgeberin, ist eine wunderbare Frau, die uns in einer dummen Lage sehr geholfen hat. Sie hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, uns zu helfen, so dass unser Problem schnell gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, die Küche ist modern, so dass es Spaß macht, darin zu kochen. Die Betten und Sitzmöbel sind bequem. Hinzu kommt der schöne, abgeschiedene Garten, in dem man für sich sein und sonnenbaden kann. Die Aussicht auf den unterhalb gelegenen Strand ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
