Pro: Appartamento raccolto con tubo quello che può servire nel soggiorno

Contro: Riscaldamento assicurato solo da condizionatori d'aria (andati in blocco per altro).

Eccezionale

Pro: Posizione perfetta, vicinissima a tutto. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliatissima!

Alla scoperta di Ulassai

Pro: Era tutto pulitissimo e ordinato, il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e raggiungibile quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. Mi è piaciuto tanto trovare arte locale e mobili di manifattura locale all’interno dell’appartamento, arredato con molto gusto.

Contro: Suggerirei di mettere qualche dispender in più o fornire almeno uno shampoo o un sapone per il corpo/doccia schiuma per gli ospiti. Avendo problemi di allergie giro sempre con le mie cose, ma magari non tutti ci pensano :)

Pro: La casetta è molto accogliente ed ha tutto ciò che serve. Si trova nel centro del paese e da lì è possibile raggiungere a piedi le falesie Torre dei Venti e Canyon Sa Tappara (per chi è appassionato di arrampicata). Check in / out in completa autonomia super comodo e host sempre a disposizione via Whatsapp. Super! :)

Carino e in centro

Pro: Ottima esperienza. Piccolo appartamento, su due piani, ne centro di Ulassai. Dispone di tutto ciò che è necessario. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano parcheggio, market, ristoranti e bar. Luigi, l’host, si è rivelata persona gentile e super disponibile.

Pro: I fell in love with Ulassai, but I also loved this house! The decorations, especially the tapestries made me want to know more about Ulassai's textile history. The house is located right next to Camuc, a museum dedicated to the artist Maria Lai (which I really enjoyed!). The town itself is gorgeous, with beautiful views and really friendly people. We also really enjoyed going to the local bar Il nuovo portico di Puddu Roberta! Our host Luigi was available online and was extremely helpful, surely a place I will visit again in the future!!

Perfect house in lovely village.

Pro: Quiet location, right next to CAMUC museum. Lovely house, on two floors, with everything you could need. Lots of personal touches in decorations and fittings. Across the street the very shabby wall is actually the retained facade of the ultra-modern CAMUC museum completed in 2023, where they have carefully kept old wires, cracked masonry and bits of graffiti. It means that the windows of Su Niu are very private because the shutters on the other side of the narrow street are certain to remain tight shut to protect the art on the modern gallery walls.

Contro: You can drive to the door but we recommend avoiding the narrow streets and parking by Campo Barigau, next to Minimarket da Rosetta. It is a short, nearly level walk to Su Niu.

Pro: Appartement dans le centre de ce charmant village d' Ulassai, immersion dans la vie locale et musée d art moderne juste en face du logement.Ballades , randonnées, paysages grandioses, musées, et de bons petits resto ! Appartement confortable et aménagé avec artisanat de la région. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Ulassai ( 3 nuits )et regrettons de ne pas être restés une nuit supplémentaire.

Contro: Il faut savoir que le stationnement du véhicule n 'est pas possible devant le logement et il est préférable de ne pas s 'aventurer dans les petites rues. Parking gratuit autour de la place du village à 150 m donc ça n 'est pas un problème !
