Pro: Siamo stati bene casa molto bella e pulita vista bellissima

Contro: Niente

Pro: Il terrazzo è il punto forte della casa. La casa offre tutto il necessario. Il sig. Angelo che ci ha fornito le chiavi, gentile e disponibile.

Contro: “stanza” con i letti a castello è veramente minuscola. Forse sarebbe meglio alzare un pelino il prezzo ma mettere l’aria condizionata

Great terrace, amazing views and properly good value ....

Pro: We stayed in this property for our second week in Sardinia and was a departure from our normal city style escapes on the island. I must admit that the views from the terrace do not disappoint and the apartment, whilst smaller is more than adequate. A number of reviews commented on the smaller second bedroom, and whilst it is on the smaller side it was ideal for our 5 year old who loved it! The presence of a dishwasher in the kitchen was a welcome addition and gave us more time to enjoy the views on the terrace. There is a local shop just 5 minutes along the road which has all of the holiday essentials and wasn't extortionately priced which is always a nice bonus. The beach is not within walking distance (well not for us at least with a toddler) but a 4 minute drive had you parked up next to a glorious beach which we thoroughly enjoyed! There is also a bar next to the beach which served great food and excellent service.

Contro: We had a little confusion when collecting the keys which was NOT the fault of the property owner or ourselves but was promptly sorted by the owner. The terrace is a fantastic asset to this property but if your expecting it to be private you would be disappointed, that being said we never found that to be an issue with our holiday. The next bit feels a bit unfair on the owner but we did experience quite a lot of noise disturbance whilst we were staying here. The property directly in front spent the best part of the week grinding away at roofing tiles and the property to the right of us had a number of dogs who seemed unable to resist the urge to bark, constantly and consistently. If that wasn't enough a property a few doors away seemed to have a low level alarm that would beep every two minutes on the dot for the entirety of the holiday. I think we were unlucky with the time we went and the people who were nearby, however if your wanting a private, quiet retreat it may be worth consideration.

Der Weg zum Strand ist machbar aber wenn man einiges mitnehmen möchte, ist ein Auto schon besser.

Pro: Schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse, ein idyllisches Dorf mit kleinen Supermarkt, alles war sauber.

Contro: Kinderzimmer, keine vernünftigen Weingläser, zu wenig spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier, kein Waschmittel.

Plus que super!

Pro: Une vue magnifique, cuisine très bien équipée. Plage et alentour d’une grande beauté. La terrasse un vrai plus! Grande et face au coucher de soleil! On a hâte de revenir.

Contro: Certains placards de la chambre principale sentent vraiment le renfermé, impossible d’y mettre des habits. Mais sinon tout était super!

Pro: W pełni wyposażony apartament wakacyjny, jest wszystko czego potrzeba, żeby komfortowo spędzić pobyt z małym dzieckiem. Dogodna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem, na uboczu, ale z wygodnym dojściem na plażę

Pro: Die Aussicht ist hervorragend. Der Weg zum Stand ist zu Fuss machbar.

Apartma z lepim razgledom

Pro: Iz terase apartmaja je lep razgled na plažo in peščene sipine. Apartma je dobro opremljen, še posebej kuhinja. Kljub temu, da smo zaradi zamude letala zamujali napovedan prihod v nastanitev, so nam sredi noči prijazno predali ključe in vse razložili.
