Top location near the top beach
Pro: Location of the property is top notch. It is almost on the beach (50meters) and yet very very quiet. As it is located on a private, gated road it felt very safe and secure. Bedrooms located on the basement kept cool temperatures and didn't need any AC. Rash (owner, or person that I dealt with in their stead) was really helpful and available at all times. Outdoor hot water shower superb. Outdoor grill really useful, if like me, you love BBQ. Outdoor garden really good
Contro: Loved the place but (same as some other previous reviewers) I'll be nitpicking here. None of the below came close to ruin this stay but I'm guessing improving these would've made it ideal: Kitchen is outdated and equipped OKish. So it does have dishwasher and washing machine but say only few wine, beer glasses, poor quality cutlery, plates etc Basement toilet has no shower and flushing a toilet it is a bit hit and miss. I didn't understand what was the point of 100 Euros deposit for damages. Surely in this current state of prices that would not cover any potential damage

Mycket trevlig vistelse i denna lilla lugna by
Pro: Trevlig liten by med huset i ett område med grind för att komma in. Lugnt och skönt. Vi åkte i slutet på september och då var det inte fullt av turister. Perfekt att huset låg ca30m från stranden
Contro: Finns inte så mycket affärer om man vill laga egen mat och frukost (kan ju klart vara ett bättre utbud i högsäsong). Vi hade bil så det var inga problem för oss att köra till grannbyn Villasimius.

Pro: Очень рекомендую!Отличный дом со всеми удобствами,все продумано до мелочей,есть все необходимые вещи начиная с кухни и кухонных принадлежностей заканчивая пляжным зонтом и детскими игрушкам.Дом очень просторный,со спальнями на цокольном этаже,что очень удобно в жару.Очень чисто,я могу перечислять и перечислять плюсы.Пляж сразу за забором,в поселке есть местный магазин,кафешки.

Pro: Das Haus war nur 50m vom Strand entfernt.Lage traumhaft. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, auch Kleinigkeiten in der Küche wie Öl und Salz waren vorhanden. Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle waren auch vorhanden.Kommunikation war super, die Gastgeberin hat schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert und sich um alles gekümmert.Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar im Untergeschoss aber deswegen auch Kühler. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist super und wir konnten auch schöne gemeinsame Grillabende auf der Terasse verbringen.
Contro: Nur ein Schlafzimmer im Keller hat eine Klimaanlage,in den anderen 2 Zimmern gibt es einen Ventilator. Da die Zimmer im Keller liegen ist es aber relativ kühl. Das Bad im Keller hat keine Dusche, man kann aber im Außenbereich duschen.

Pro: Gabriela je bila čudovita, podala je vse informacije in nam omogočila predčasen vstop v apartma. Mirno varno okolje skoraj na plaži. Vse OK.

Pro: Poloha ubytování je parádní, 30 metrů od krásné písečné pláže s barem, který byl otevřen do 31.10. Kuchyň starší, ale funkční .Na malé zahrádce je pergola s posezením, venkovní sprcha s teplou vodou, krb a lehátka. Vše super.
Contro: Netušili jsme, že všechny 3 pokoje jsou v suterénu. Jeden pokoj měl postele, které se rozpadaly. Bylo nás šest dospělých, takže to byl problém. Majitelé přišli postele opravit, což je od nich pěkné, ale spíš by to chtělo postele vyměnit. Druhá koupelna v suterenu u pokojů je jen WC , které špatně splachovadlo, s bidetem a umyvadlem.
