Pro: I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e hanno pensato a diversi servizi e comodità che non sono sempre scontati nelle case vacanza,. Un bel giardino con lettini prendisole con cuscini sotto un grande ombrellone richiudibile. La villa è vicinissima al mare di Nora, l' acqua pulita e ideale per famiglie con bambini. I bagni della casa sono 2, uno al primo piano e 1 al piano terra nuovissimi. Mi ha stupito l' idea del cancelletto sopra le scale nel piano superiore ideale per la sicurezza dei bambini e che noi mamme apprezziamo tanto.
Contro: Non ci sono delle cose negative, posso dire che il pavimento della cucina è un pochino datato ma questo non ha rovinato le nostre vacanze.

Pro: Una delle più belle case al mare mai avute, e veramente a 50m da una spiaggia meravigliosa e tranquilla. Grazie ad Antonella e Diego per aver reso la nostra vacanza facile e molto molto piacevole, oltre ogni aspettativa. Fam. Bentivoglio

Pro: The house with a beautiful garden is on a great and safe location. Equipment in a kitchen is expected but our hosts provided us with many things that made us feel at home. Thank you, Antonella and Diego and Nicola.

Everything perfect! We should have stayed longer.
Pro: The house is perfect. The beach is perfect (very close and very nice and really not that crowded like the other beaches). And the owners of the house are marvelous! Many, many thanks again for the perfectly fitting welcome present. We should have stayed much longer!

Highly recommended for the active and independent.
Pro: Hosts very pleasant and helpful. The house is very close to the beach but in a quiet street. We have stayed in Nora many times (always in May), it is a good base for an active holiday and in the main season probably for an inactive one also. Parking on the premises, both the house and the street are gated, the street gate was usually open during the day, don't know if it is in-season.
Contro: The steep staircase could be a problem if you have mobility difficulties, but we are close to eighty and it didn't prove an obstacle. Both the main cafe/restaurants in Nora were closed (May 2024), one under reconstruction, hopefully re-opening in the summer. Not the fault of the accommodation, of course.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus die ganze Familie
Pro: Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld war schon super und blieb es auch während des Aufenthaltes. Wir wurden am Haus herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen mit einem Vorrat an Lebensmitteln und Getränken für die erste Zeit. Der gekühlte Rosé war sehr lecker. Es ist ein liebevoll ausgestattetes, gemütliches Haus, es war alles da, auch um für 4 Personen gut zu kochen (top Gasherd mit Backofen, Spülmaschine). Die Betten haben feste Matratzen. Die Bäder sind modern. Für einen Strandbesuch am nahen Strand (die Bucht ist wirklich schön) fehlte es weder an Stühlen, Sonnenschirm noch Handtüchern oder Spielzeug. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Pula (5 min mit dem Auto, 30 min bequem zu Fuß, es gibt auch Fahrradwege) aber dafür am Meer. Man hört es nachts rauschen, so ruhig ist es dort.
Contro: Für uns war es gar kein Problem, aber die Zufahrt ans Haus ist überwiegend eng (durch geparkte Autos der vorderen Nachbarn). Man sollte darauf achten, dass der Mietwagen nicht zu wuchtig ist (Audi A3 passt) Der hintere Nachbar mit seinem BMW X3 kam mit eingeklappten Seitenspiegel auch an diesen Autos vorbei.

Wunderschöner Ort
Pro: Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Die Besitzer haben alles wunderschön vorbereitet und haben auf uns gewartet und uns alles persönlich erklärt. Wir schätzten die gut ausgestattete Küche, den hübschen Garten, den Grill und dass wir mit der Kaffeetasse in der Hand an den Strand laufen konnten, um unseren Morgenkaffee zu trinken. Wir haben hier wunderschöne Ferien verbringen können und können Villa Gialla herzlich empfehlen.
