Un posto panoramico bellissimo

Pro: Mi è piaciuto utto, sia della struttura che di questa parte della Sardegna. Posizione panoramica mozzafiato

Contro: Condizionatore in camera rumoroso

Pro: La vue magnifique. La piscine. La propreté de l’appartement tout était nickel serviettes et draps qui sentaient très bon. Alessandro qui nous a reçu était très professionnel et agréable ils vous donnent des adresses de restaurants et ses coins préférés.

Contro: Le manque d’ustensile de cuisine. Aucun saladier pour faire une salade. Manque de verres et bol. Obligé de faire tourner le lave vaisselle souvent et mal équipé pour 4. Il est noté bbq on l’à demandé mais on l’a jamais eu. Table extérieure petite.

Pro: Le séjour était très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence ! L'emplacement et la vue imprenable de la petite maison, ainsi que la piscine. Dommage que le restaurant de la résidence ne soit plus en service. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé tout au long de notre séjour pour les activités, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Le service était excellent et nous avons pu compter sur les responsables de la résidence pour nous aider.

Contro: Équipement, il manquait de la vaisselle pour cuisiner.

Pro: Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht en er is een fijn zwembad. Ruim opgezet appartement. De persoonlijke ontvangst en service door Alessandro maakt echt het verschil.

Contro: Inventaris qua glazen, bestek en pannen had wat uitgebreider mogen zijn. Meubilair om buiten te zitten is aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen.

Heerlijk huis met mooi vergezichten op de zee en kliffen

Pro: Persoonlijke ontvangst door Alessandro met veel informatie en tips uit de omgeving. Uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras was prachtig. Ligging - het dorp Nebida had alle basis voorzieningen op loopafstand (5min) zoals een winkel, laadpaal en verschillende restaurants.

Contro: De (keuken)inventaris voldeed maar is beperkt

Heerlijk huisje op top locatie!

Pro: De ligging is geweldig, je hebt uitzicht op de zee en mooie rotsen. Het huisje heeft fijne bedden. Goede keuken. Twee badkamers. Gedeeld zwembad is schoon en mooi. Je hebt op 5 minuten lopen een mini supermarkt. Op het Villagio is een goed restaurant. Omgeving met prachtige stranden. Het strandje Portu Banda kan je te voet bereiken in 20 minuten via mooi pad. Portu Banda is klein idyllisch baaitje.

Contro: Iets grotere tafel en betere stoelen voor buiten zou fijn zijn

Pro: Great location, breathtaking view, beautiful sunsets! Closed territory, very nice village. Alessandro is very helpful with huge amount of very useful advices and in case of any question. You have lots of useful things in the house, including tea, olive oil and etc what was great.

Contro: - Volume of water in the shower. We were not able to use shower on the second flor because of this, cabin's door on the second flor were not working properly as well. On the first flor it was more or less ok. So no ability to use two showers in parallel. - Red Ants in the kitchen. So you need to be very careful - if you leave any food on the table - the will be a lot of ants next day. With no food on the table you may see several from time to time - Furniture in the garden differs from what is on the picture. There was only one sunbed and different umbrella. - Small table outside to have breakfast\\dinner on the terrace. Space only for 2 people to drink some coffee. - Beds are not very comfortable, pillows especcially.

UN LUGAR SOÑADO E INOLVIDABLE

Pro: La vista es espectacular. Es todo muy tranquilo y la villa esta rodeada de lugares increibles, muy cercanos. Una mención especial para ALESSANDRO quien oficio de anfitrión y nos resolvió y facilitó todas nuestras consultas.

Contro: Nada, solo tener que irnos y no poder quedarnos mas tiempo.

Pro: Superbe vue, petit village paisible, logement bien équipé, hôte prévenant

Pro: To soveværelser. To badeværelser. Opvaskemaskine. Vaskemaskine. Stor pool med livredder. Udsigt. Udsigt. Udsigt. Og så er værten bare så sød og hjælpsom

Contro: Havemøblerne kunne godt trænge til en opgradering. Sengen var hård. Der er ikke adgang til vandet, så man skal køre til strand eller klippekyst. Det var lidt til den dyre side
