Magnificent Villa: SUPER PANORAMIC

Pro: Casa rinfrescata di recente con due camere matrimoniali ed una singola adibita a sgabuzzino. Pulizia, spazi interni ed esterni ampi e curati, arredamento elegante, un armadio per ogni camera, doccia interna ed esterna, terrazza ampia con spettacolare vista mare e barbecue in muratura, lavasciuga e frigorifero nuovi, vicinanza alla spiaggia (140 scalini, in buona parte ombreggiati, che si percorrono in 6/7 minuti). Aria condizionata nel solo soggiorno ma con le porte delle camere socchiuse si stava bene, prontezza di risposta e disponibilità di Alberto alle nostre richieste (mancavano scolapasta, mestoli in legno, tovaglia e strofinacci ricevuti entro 24 ore). Le formiche c'erano, ma all'esterno ed essendo una villa in mezzo al verde è assolutamente normale.

Contro: Se proprio proprio devo fare una critica costruttiva... La seconda camera matrimoniale era con due letti singoli accostati, con due lenzuola e due copriletto singoli. I cuscini sono un po' bassi ma nell'armadio ce n'erano altri due: avremmo gradito che ce ne fossero due in più. I bicchieri del vino ce li siamo portati da casa 😉

Pro: appartamento molto bello, nuovo e finemente arredato, un terrazzo con una vista stupenda, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile molto vicino alla spiaggia, raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi tramite un breve sentiero che parte direttamente dall'appartamento.

Contro: materasso un po' scomodo

Pro: Due to huge problems with the flight, instead of arriving at 3:00 pm, we arrived at 1:00 am. Despite these problems, after some efforts to contact the owner of the house, he finally contacted us and helped us find this hotel.

Contro: I didn't like that there was no washing machine.

Magnificent place

Pro: Spacious, great outside area, beautiful view, close to the beach

Contro: Not enough hot water for showers

Pro: Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse waren traumhaft. Über eine schmale Treppe konnte man schnell den Strand erreichen.

Contro: Leider funktionierte der Backofen nicht, den wir gerne benutzt hätten. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn ein paar Streichhölzer da gewesen wären um den Gasherd anzumachen.

Rundherum eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die durch die Lage zum Strand (zu Fuß 7 min.) begeistert

Pro: Tolle Lage, sehr, sehr schöne Ausblick von der Terrasse:))

Contro: Ausstattung der Küche nur ausreichend: Keine Kaffeemaschine, nicht genügend Gläser, keine Geschirrhandtuch, etc.

Nearly magnificent villa though make sure you bring everything you need for the kitchen & bathroom

Pro: Location, location, location. The house is perched on a hill overlooking the sea, and it is a short walk down the steps to reach the Mediterranean. The beach you access is wonderful, clean, and is a mix of a free beach and a few facilities where you could pay to rent an umbrella and beach chair if you prefer. We did both. Some other positives include the outside showers, the barbecue, and the terrace view.

Contro: The owner is not very responsive as it usually took him a few hours to respond. The TV didn't work, and the owner did not fix it like he said he would though he let us check out a bit later (so all is well I suppose). We didn't come to watch the TV but we did want to watch a few UEFA soccer matches and had to go to local bars because of this. You'll have to bring your own EVERYTHING here, which the owners need to improve. I shouldn't have to go to the market to buy soap, shampoo, body wash, trash bags, salt, pepper, oil, etc. as the basics should be there though we did have one roll of toilet paper...(To the owner's credit, all the bedding, towels, and linens were there). Also, I had to buy a beach umbrella, which the owner should provide too. Last, the owner should provide helpful hints on a piece of paper to make this place truly magnificent. For example, he could write, \

Contro: Ausstattung schlecht, Putztücher fehlten, Salz , Pfeffer auch, Internet war schlecht WC Deckel war kaputt

Pro: Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick..schöner Garten..nicht weit zum Strand

Pro: Magnifique appartement bien situé. Tranquillité et belle vue.

Contro: Manque de produit vaisselle et éponge, petit détail mais c’est embêtant!
