Casa Anna - Steps to Costa Rei Beach

Pro: Posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia, bel giardinetto davanti casa

Contro: Ambienti abbastanza bui, anche di giorno serve la luce nel living. Parcheggio vicino, ma non proprio comodissimo se tutti i posti sono occupati dalle auto

Estay si e dimostrato molto al altezza e ritornerei volentieri

Pro: Posizione e pulizia anche dotazione del appartamento sono ottime

Contro: I vicini facendo barbeque il fumo rimane tutto tra le piante entra anche in casa, imposibile mangiare fuori in questa situazione. Ho lamentato il problema ai vicini e mi hano risporto che se ce barbeque vuol dire che si puo fare anche tutti i giorni. Per fortuna nostra che hano fatto solo 2 sere se no diventa un problema da chiamare i vigili

Great villa with amazing owners and a hand away from the beach

Pro: The place is outstandingly clean, in nice quiet area, there is free Parking available (end of September), the beach is few meters away, well equipped - nice fridge, washing machine, utensils and etc., private patio, outdoor shower to clean from sand. Bathroom seems to be recently renovated. The renting goes smooth and you do not even see the owner, everything is sorted out online which is great. (You get the key from a box using a code provided by the owner). The owner is very accommodating and will go the extra mile just to make sure everything is okay. Anything below exceptional (10) for this property is unfair!!

Casa Anna - Beachside - excellent vacation in April

Pro: It was our first visit to Costa Rei. Casa Anna - Beachside is just 100m away from the beautiful beach. We spent 10 days there in beginning of April, off-season. Weather was very nice and we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. We did not waste much time traveling to other places , as we could prepare all meals at home. That does not change the fact that local supermarket or restaurants are walking distance away. The house is nicely arranged and maintained, with two bedrooms, bathroom and combined kitchenette/living room. 2nd bedroom has the bunk-bed and one extra bed hidden under. Be aware that bunk bed is not long enough for higher teenagers, and our son (186cm) had to sleep on the sofa bed in living room. He did not complain though. The communication with host was easy-going, with easy check-in and check-out process. We appreciated the nice bottle of local wine and pack of Nespresso.

Contro: The mattrass in master bedroom has awkward divider in the middle. Maybe it could be replaced in the future with the better one, in one piece?
