Pro: The terrace with the jacuzzi was perfect! The beds and the facilities were also very good. Some people complained about the stairs, but it’s just normal stairs for the area … and there is a railing

Contro: There were not many glasses etc, but there was a dishwasher so it was ok

Great flat in a great location

Pro: The location of the flat was perfect! Shops, restaurants, City sites were all within walking distance. The flat itself was very comfortable, with the private jacuzzi on the roof terrace a welcome addition after a day spent exploring Cagliari. The Check in/Check out and communication was flawless, always quick to respond and kind enough to meet us directly at the apartment for the check in

Contro: Only a slight negative in that we found the Cutlery, plates, cups etc. to have been dirty. We just had to wash what we needed before using

Pro: Très confortable, emplacement parfait, internet très bon j’ai pu teletravailler sans soucis, il ne manquait rien et le petit plus le jacuzzi pour couronner le tout! En plus j’ai oublié un objet et le propriétaire est très arrangeant pour que je puisse le récupérer. Merci

Pro: Die Wohnung ist in einem kleinen Altstadthaus in einer ruhigen Gasse und mit viel Liebe, sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Die Kommunikation funktioniert einwandfrei. Das WLAN ist gut und hat zum arbeiten völlig ausgereicht. Der Jacuzzi und die Dachterrasse sind ein besonderes Highlight.

Contro: Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind leider ziemlich unbequem.

Une maison charmante en plein coeur de Cagliari

Pro: Une petite maison charmante dans un quartier authentique, en plein centre historique de Cagliari. La maison a été rénovée avec goût et est parfaitement équipée, on se sent comme à la maison. Les escaliers sont raides mais ils témoignent de l’histoire de la maison, et s’intègrent harmonieusement aux éléments plus modernes. Evidemment, le vrai plus est le jaccuzzi sur la terrasse, un vrai bonheur de s’y détendre!

Pro: Das Häuschen ist total schön und die Lage ist perfekt. Der Whirlpool macht das ganze zu einem tollen Stadturlaub. Die Kommunikation in Englisch mit Nicola war super und die Antwort kam immer schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Häuschen buchen !!!

Contro: Die Sitzgelegenheit in der Wohnküche wie auf dem Balkon sind nicht unbedingt für längeres Verweilen gedacht.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Alles ist nah und trotzdem ruhig gelegen

Pro: Die Gastgeber haben uns pünktlich und persönlich beim Hauseingang empfangen. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und schön hell. Sie liegt im Villa Nova Quartier, welches zum schönsten der ganzen Stadt zählt. Das Jacuzzi war eine Wohltat nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt.

Contro: Die lange steile Treppe ist nicht für kleine Kinder oder betagte Menschen zu empfehlen.
