MERAVIGLIOSO

Pro: Fabio è stato super accogliente e gentile. La Villa è stupenda e tenuta benissimo. Un'ottima idea per chi ha piacere di allontarsi dalla città ma non troppo, già che si può trovare tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno a solo 5 min in macchina. Pulita e piacevole, senza parlare della vista mozzafiato dalla camera da letto. Stupenda! Ci tornerei assolutamente.

Contro: TUTTO PERFETTO

Pro: Fabio é una persona estremamente gentile, rispettosa e amabile. Il posto silenzioso e ameno, bellissimo.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location. Highly recommended.

Pro: This is great apartment - the patio is amazing with sensational views and direct access to the sea and a “private” beach. The apartment well equipped with a gym, Sun loungers and beach equipment (e.g. snorkels, shoes, towels, umbrellas). Fabio is a great host - very welcoming and helpful.

Contro: It would be helpful if the kitchen also had bowls as well as plates.

Pro: Amazing location overlooking the sea. It’s own plunge pool along with a small beach which is very private. Fabio, the host is a great guy and very helpful.

The perfect place

Pro: Everything was absolutely perfect. Fabio is the best host, you do not get that in any place. The beach is the most beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are beautiful. Best place in Cagliari.

Contro: impossible to state anything i did not like as it is the perfect place

Best private villa with a secluded beach.

Pro: Fabio is a great, if not the best host. Always available and offered us great options for dinner.

Pro: Great place to have a peaceful time in Cagliari ! Fabio is really nice and will welcome you as a member of his family. He will give you the best advices for food and you place to visit ! The beach is almost private, best spot for having a pic nic ! We even had some fresh figs from the garden !

Amazing!

Pro: That villa was amazing...the location was amazing! And the owner, Fabio was absolutely amazing...we were late to our original check-in due to flight delays, but he was there when we arrived and was so friendly and kind. His hospitality was incredible throughout the entire weekend. Ready to answer any questions I had and provided perfect recommendations on restaurants and other activities.

Contro: The Booking website does not allow to give a higher rating than 10/10...this place is definitely a 10+ and a must stay!

Pro: Beautiful location. Host was extremely helpful and friendly during our trip! Access to sea right outside apartment and private beach less than 2 minute walk.

Contro: Booking said it included a hot tub however no hot tub available at time of stay. But this wasn’t a big deal for us as beach is so close.

Lovely stay by the cliffside ocean retreat!

Pro: The ocean and private little beach. Amazing sunsets. Fabio was so helpful and kind. Helpful recommendations were spot on. 😎

Contro: The interior uneven flooring was concerning.
