Pro: È un posto calmo e bellissimo.... natura e mare vicinissimo. Perfetto per raggiungere tantissime mete... persone splendide... consigliatooooo!!!

Contro: Tornare a casa e finire la vacanza...

Pace e serenità in aperta campagna

Pro: Ottima posizione tranquilla, spostata dal centro cittadino e in aperta campagna. Ideale per chi vuole godere di una vacanza in santa pace lontano da asfalto e palazzi. Poco distante c'è la spiaggia di Planargia. Mentre per le altre spiagge occorrono 10/15 minuti circa in auto. Bello il giardino e stupendi i proprietari Bruno ed Efisia che ci hanno deliziato coi prodotti del loro orto. Disponibilissimo anche Marco, l'host con cui abbiamo prenotato. In casa c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e per trascorrere giornate rilassanti, compreso un patio dove poter mangiare all'aperto. Fondamentale la presenza dei condizionatori poiché in certi mesi estivi si raggiungono alti livelli di umidità e di temperatura. Bagno funzionale e materassi comodissimi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Contro: Se dovessi trovare il pelo nell'uovo consiglierei un mobile più pratico al posto della vecchia credenza presente in cucina, proporrei un microonde e qualche stoviglia in più. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Tutto ok

Pro: Struttura pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort, tranquilla, immersa nella campagna, non distante dalle spiagge se ci si sposta in auto. Tutta la zona è pulita e ben servita da parcheggi, seppure a pagamento. Nella struttura parcheggio all'aperto, ma comodo, sotto a un bersò. Molto gentili i padroni di casa, disponibili senza essere invadenti

Pro: Tutto !!!!!!!, nuovissima , arredata veramente con gran gusto , completa di tutto vicinissima alla spiaggia ed al paese, i proprietari di una gentilezza e accoglienza non facile da trovare in giro . La quiete del giardino con vista ineguaiabile!! Ultimo ma non per ultimo la professionalità ed accortezza del gestore Marco.

Great little getaway

Pro: The bedroom. The kitchen. The area. The little town Bari Sardo. Great warm shower. The service. The owner sharing great local hike/restaurant/sightseeing tips and offering coffee once in a while. The dog.

Contro: The router and wifi were damaged due to a previous guest, so they said, and couldn't be repaired during our stay. The caretakers did offer a relocation to another great apartment but we decided to stay cause of the cosiness and friendly owner. The caretakers then offered an elaborate gift basket of quality local produce as compensation. It was worth staying in the end.

Simply Wow!

Pro: It was the best stay we had during our trip in Sardinia. it may not located centrally to touristic areas but it was exactly what we were looking for. The accommodation was complete with essential utilities. Perfect for families with small kids. There were 2 cats and a dog greeted us everyday. Our kids were pretty much occupied. We managed to spend most of our time outside of the house/ by the garden as we were not attacked by single mosquitoes. The neighbour was very kinds to offer us a basket of veggies, fruits and eggs from the garden. We felt very special to received such hospitality.

Great stay

Pro: Beautiful, quiet location, close to nice beaches. Relatively spacious apartment, we enjoyed the terrace a lot. Apartment is located on the same grounds as the owner's who are very friendly and shared their home grown veggies with us. (Bonus: cute kittens and dog).

Contro: Cleaning had been done rather superficially upon arrival, in every corner there was still some kind of dirt or spider webs. We stayed for 4 nights and some in between cleaning would have been nice too. Basics in the kitchen such as dish soap or olive oil were not present.

Great little getaway near Bari Sardo with gorgeous and generous landlords

Pro: Very comfortable nice small holiday house on the property of the very very nice landlords. Bruno only speaks Italian but was always checking if everything is okay and surprised us with fresh veggies from the own garden almost every day. Also his home made Vino Rosso is very tasty. For our baby it was great to have a lot of room to explore and especially the baby cats and the gorgeous dog Zack were much loved 😍 Positive for Italian rentals: you have a dish washer.

Contro: A bit difficult was for us was that the bathroom is ensuite with the bed room where the baby was sleeping. The wifi was sometimes down/slow. But you have mobile reception. Other than that everything was really great.
