Pro: Nuovo, pulito, fresco, silenzioso, proprietario presente e gentile, ottime indicazioni. Bagno con doccia e sanitari recenti e ben funzionanti.

Ottimo B&B

Pro: All'Alexander B&B ci si sente come a casa , ambiente nuovo pulito e accogliente , ottimi gli spazi , a noi é stata assegnata la camera con giardinetto gazebo e sdraio il tutto molto confortevole . La posizione del B&B é davvero ottima , poco distante dal centro e dalle piu belle spiagge del litorale. In piu Alessandro , il proprietario, ci dava ottimi consigli sulle spiagge i parcheggi per arrivarci le escursioni e i locali(ottimi) dove pranzare o cenare. Consigliato

Contro: In realtà nulla , se posso permettermi solo di consigliare qualcosa in piu a colazione magari del salato.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Tortoli

Pro: La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata l'ospitalità. Alexander è sempre stato molto disponibile, simpatico e mai invadente. La struttura è nuova, realizzata con cura e tutto è andato molto bene. Buona anche la colazione.

Contro: Non saprei cosa segnalare.

Pro: un b&b 5 stelle superior! Locale accogliente, tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Alessandro sempre disponibile ad aiutare e generoso con le colazioni. consigliato al 100%

A wonderful week in a lovely place with an extraordinary kind host

Pro: We stayed in the well-sized deluxe room with a private garden, a shower and bath with window. The property is new, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast consists of coffee, mainly sweets & fruits and was sufficient for us. There is space in the fridge for each of the 3 rooms. The next supermarket (MD) is located around the corner, a 2 minutes walk. Parking space is easy to find in the street. A walk to the city center takes around 15 minutes. We liked everything about the place, but especially our host Alessandro. He certainly is one of the kindest hosts we ever met, offering support in everything we needed or wanted to do. He immediately answered each message, arranged kind favours (if reasonable) and also arranged a wonderful boat trip for us. We will be back for sure! I am not writing and painting in a property´s guest book for everyone, but here I did it with pleasure!! :-)

Contro: I think the room looks a bit functional and could be more cosy with a bit of decoration. But this is just nitpicking.

Pro: Everything was very clean, cosy and thoughtful. Alexander is an amazing host, carying about every little detail, that would help us stay more comfortable. Smooth communication and quick responsiveness. Would recommend this place to anyone that want to stay relaxed and enjoy beautiful beaches of the area.
