Pro: Zona strategica per visitare Cagliari Quartiere bellissimo con ampia scelta di locali e ristoranti Arredamento moderno e impeccabile della stanza Paolo e’ stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo da ogni punto di vista. Ci ha consigliato posti local dove andare a mangiare e ci ha permesso di visitare Cagliari liberi dai bagagli mostrando massima flessibilità su tutto

This stay was awesome, right in the heart of the old town.

Pro: Paolo, the host, is a hidden gem. He’s incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond to help you, from providing tips to recommending some fantastic restaurants. If you’re lucky, he might even perform some cool guitar music for you.

Contro: With a great host, you won’t feel anything is missing.

Pro: Well appointed and spacious room, comfortable bed, great shower. Great location, just off a lovely piazza with several restaurants and bars. We arrived late, and our wonderful host met us.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Al Sale was everything I could have wished for. A tastefully decorated room, with lovely details, and the most comfortable bed! A small B&B with just one room for rent and the owner who also lives there, just as it should be! For me, it's located in the best spot in Cagliari. Last, but definitely not least, Paolo! Grazie, for the incredible hospitality. We met as strangers and parted as friends! Can't wait to be back!

Very good room in Cagliari Centro

Pro: Good location. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Kind owner.

Contro: AC works but it needs an upgrade.

Wszystko na co ma wpływ gospodarz było na wysokim poziomie i bez zarzutu. Polecam miłośnikom nocnego życia

Pro: Gościnność gospodarza. Czystość i gust, z jakim urządzony jest pokój. Zmiana pościeli i ręczników po 3 dniach. Dostęp do wody mineralnej i kawy.Taras na dachu i dostęp do knajpek oraz lokalizacja w centrum.

Contro: Niestety, lokalizacja jest też powodem hałasu, bo oddalony o kilkanaście metrów placyk z knajpkami wieczorem tętni życiem do 2-3 w nocy, co przy spaniu przy otwartych oknach(upalne lato), jest denerwujące.

Pro: Paolo ha sido muy amable, y ha tratado de adaptarse en lo posible a mi horario de llegada. La hab esta limpia y exterior y el baño es comodo. Todo ha ido muy bien

Perfect stay!

Pro: The location is perfect. It's quiet but in the center of Cagliari, and it's very close to all the best spots in the city. The host is a generous and amazing person; he showed me the best beaches and recommended really nice restaurants. The room is not big but very comfortable and has everything that is needed. It was very enjoyable to be there. The place and the host are the most recommended, and I will want to return there again. It felt like home.

Contro: It was too short vacation :)

Pro: Heerlijk verblijf in het gezellige wijkje Villa Nova . Alles was uitstekend in orde . Fijn bed , fijne regendouche. En met het leuke pleintje voor de deur , een echte aanrader! Paolo bedankt.
