Pro: Appartamento molto bello e pulito, mobili nuovi, molto ben tenuto. Vista bellissima e posizione ottima! Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ha pure fatto mettere l'aria condizionata siccome avevamo caldo! Siamo stati molto bene:) assolutamente consigliato!

Consigliatissima!

Pro: Questa casa si distingue per la pulizia impeccabile e la posizione eccellente. Tutto all'interno è nuovo e ben curato, offrendo un ambiente moderno e confortevole. La casa è fornita di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugacapelli, tv, ventilatore, zanzariere, ecc. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e sempre pronto ad assistere gli ospiti. A coronare il tutto, una vista mozzafiato che rende il soggiorno indimenticabile. Consigliatissima!

Contro: L’unica nota - che non dipende però da chi gestisce la struttura - è che le casette sono tutte appiccicate e i vicini rumorosi rendono difficile dormire.

Pro: Posto molto bello e tranquillo con una vista spettacolare.

Contro: non manca niente, ma. visto la bellezza del posto e posizione, occorrerebbe porre un pò più di cura nella manutenzione degli arredi.

Pro: Position oversees the beach from high above, stunning views.

Contro: Swifts nest outside windows and there are plenty of bird droppings on floors outside (not been cleaned). The apartment is tiny but functional. Check-in/out down completely remotely via message

Pro: Cosy, functional appartment with great view. In fact, reality is even better than photos.

Pro: Very nice, newly renovated apartment across 3 floors. Top has bedroom and bathroom with toilette, mid is kitchen/living room with balcony/terrasse with great view and then bottom bedroom. Top room was a bit hot during our July stay, bottom room was colder and more pleasant for sleep. Beach is 10 minutes walking distance, but you need to go down approx. 100 steep stairs from the hill - so not for everyone/if you need to bring more stuff to the beach.

Contro: Only thing I would suggest is to get AC at least for the top room as it was hot in there during our late July stay. We could bare with it as we do not prefer AC, however it was very close to being unpleasantly hot - one night after a storm and rain it felt like in Turkish sauna.

Neat, lovely little house at the sea, perfect for a party of four with kids or friends.

Pro: Where to start? The view, the cleansiness, the equipment, the location, we simply loved it.

Contro: Only slight negative was no a/c but at night cross ventilation works fine.

Pro: De lokatie is adembenemend, appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn contact met de eigenaar. Echt een top lokatie!
