Pro: I would like to start by saying that the house is in an extremely picturesque location and the terrace offers a wonderful view of both the mountains and the sea. And by thanking to Rosella, who took care of us like family during our stay. In addition to the apartment with a terrace, we also had a cosy courtyard at our disposal, where we could also park the car in the shade. The terrace is locked with a gate, which was vital with a one and a half year old child. Even in extreme heat, both indoors and on the terrace remain cool, so we didn't even use the air conditioning very often. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need on holiday - right down to beach umbrellas. As for the beach, there are several to choose from within a few minutes drive. Overall, both the apartment and the yard are extremely clean and well maintained, a place you will definitely want to return to.

Pro: Sehr schöne saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft und eine nette Vermieterin.

Wunderbar ruhig, neu und gut ausgestattet.

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar auf einer Anhöhe und man kann von der Terrasse das Bergpanorama genießen. Das Meer sieht man auch und es ist sehr ruhig. Die Grillmöglichkeit war mir wichtig und hat mir super gefallen. Die Wohnung war groß genug für uns (drei Erwachsene). Es gibt zusätzlich outdoor Duschen welche ich jeden Tag benutzt habe. Generell war die Gegend sehr schön und sehr ursprünglich. Ich würde sagen vier findet man einen eher ruhigen Teil von Sardinien. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Sie benutzte einen Übersetzer was nicht immer gut geklappt hat aber wir konnten uns verständigen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Contro: Eine Sitzgelegenheit am Grill würde das Gesamtpaket perfekt abrunden. (Es sind noch ein paar Kabelkanäle offen, diese könnte man noch mit einer Abdeckung versehen)

A peace, well built flat with great views of mountains and down to the beach.

Pro: This is a very peaceful and well appointed place. I was looking for some place to hang out while there was 4 days of rain predicted, I wanted somewhere to work outside with nice views and protected by the rain. The patio was great for this and the house was very comfortable when the rain was coming down.

Contro: Nothing bad, but you should be aware that there aren't many places to eat close by, especially in the off season or even shoulder season. The last KM of the road to get here is paved but rough.
