Casa Masina

Pro: La location è meravigliosa. Vista impagabile. Posto tranquillo e silenzioso. La property manager Anna è stata deliziosa.

Contro: Ci vuole un piccolo sforzo per migliorare la qualità dei materassi e dei cuscini e adeguare la casa ai confort della stagione invernale (riscaldamento e piumini )

Pro: Great location, quiet with great views. Spacious with lovely bathrooms and a lovely big kitchen

Pro: Location and the views are super, if you like peace and quiet. And the apartement itself cosy and clean. The beach that is just down the road is clean, not too crowded - and free, which is not a standard in Italy :) You can get to Cagliari also by bus that stops just down the road. And the apartement itself is big enough to just hang with friends and do a barbecue, the private terrace and small private courtyard are beautiful.

Contro: The neighbours have about 5-7 cats. This is not a dislike and they're not aggressive or anything, but if you happen to have strong allergies, this could be an issue...

Overall our stay was very pleasant and the location was very comfortable.

Pro: The house was very spacious with a nice garden area. Also the proprietor and contact person was very friendly and helpful.

Contro: One of the bedrooms was lacking space and also the double bed in it was very narrow

Pro: Great property! A really good location, especially if you have a car. Close to the beach and supermarket and easy to visit Cagliari and explore the south east coast. Anna was very helpful with great communication and recommendations.

I’ve never been in an accommodation with a view like this. Wonderful. ❤️

Pro: The apartment was wonderful not to mention the sight of the see and the neighbourhood. There are groceries and restaurants in nearby, the public transportation is quite good, the beach can be approached within ten minutes on foot. Our host was very nice and friendly and she was flexible about our late check out. Overall, our stay was perfect. This accommodation is definitely recommended. 🙂

Pro: I like that it has all the amenities we needed and everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed the gorgeous views from the ocean and the convenience of the proximity to the beach and Public transportation.

Merveilleux séjour

Pro: La vue magnifique !!!! On ne peut s'en lasser ' la casa est vraiment très agréable, bien équipée et le dépaysement est total ! Les transports en communs sont accessibles facilement. La ville en 35 min, la 1ere plage a 10 min à pied.

Contro: Juste la côte pour arriver à maison où il faut une bonne mobilité car ça grimpe ! Mais c'est le jeu pour une vue pareille

Perfekte Lage , schöne Wohnung mit Terasse und Balkon.

Pro: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist prima, mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Saline di Quartu. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Südküste Sardiniens zu erkunden. Man ist auch schnell in Cagliari. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr groß. Anna war unsere Ansprechpartnerin und hat uns bestens betreut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Contro: Die Anleitung für die Espressomaschine gibts nur über Instagramm, was wir leider nicht hatten, war aber kein ernsthaftes Problem für uns.
