Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno a fine aprile. Il paesino era quasi deserto, quindi ci siamo goduti la pace e la tranquillità. Il terrazzo con vista mare è stupendo, la spiaggia è a 50 m e il parcheggio privato all'interno del cortile. La struttura è davvero super accessoriata, non manca proprio nulla. L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, sia per la persona che ci ha accolto che per la sorpresa che abbiamo trovato. Claudia, è una superhost, molto disponibile e cordiale. Inoltre ha il più bel negozio di ceramiche ed oggettistica di tutta Villasimius!
Contro: Mi è mancata la lavastoviglie, anche se capisco che in vacanza ci si possa organizzare in modo da poterne fare a meno. Tipo mangiare al ristorante senza dover cucinare!

Pro: A fantastic place to stay, so close to the beach. Facilities were exceptional, they had everything including a kayak and a paddle board that saved us lots of money on renting. There was a beach trolley so you could take life jackets, deck chairs, snorkels to the beach. The best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in! On arrival we had great fresh bread and olives all prepared and ready. Thank you Claudia we had the most amazing stay.

Excellent beach location, amazing hostess, super comfy accommodation, especially for families
Pro: This was our best stay ever! Everything was superb from location to spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated accommodation. The beach which is only minutes away from the property is stunning and the local pizza was devine. But the best of the best stars was our hostess Claudia - she is just amazing! Smooth check in with a generous lunch she prepared for us upon arrival, stocked up fridge and cupboard, lots of toys for kids and beach things available, she took us shopping to the nearest town and showed us more beautiful places on the way, arranged a local tour guide for us and even brought us goodbye gifts! Unforgettable holiday experience with first class hospitality. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect in any way, like at home with amazing host that made our stay perfect
Pro: Very very clean, spacious, fully equiped with everything as if you live there, and literally on the beach. Beautiful veranda to drink morning coffee with the seaview and sound of the waves. Netflix, primetv on all tv's for the night time. Standup desk, beach equipment just name it, you have it there at your disposal. Very close to all other popular beaches in Sardinia, so if you are there for the white sand, perfect location. But what is golden, is Claudia, the host. We travel a lot, but we never experienced such hospitality and care like we did here. She made sure we had everything, from the drinks and food, to the toys and treats and tips how and where to go.You can feel that she really gave her best from her heart to make our stay perfect. If you go to Sardinia, you will never find better place and most certainly you will never find better host.

Pro: Beautiful, spacious apartment. Great cleanliness everywhere. A short walk from the beach. Claudia is an amazing host. She had prepared a treat for us. On arrival the fridge was stocked with basic food and water. So we didn't have to deal with the purchase right away. It helped us a lot. She also surprised us with a lot of goodies brought for breakfast and on top of that gifts when we left for home. Whenever we needed something, Claudia was at the reception. Nothing was a problem. Amazing.

Pro: Everything was excellent! Beautifull house with everything what you need - fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, toys for children, beach staff, phone chargers… Mrs Claudia is great, kind and caring. She prepared food and drinks for us and even gifts for kids. Thank you very much Claudia 🙂

Pro: Claudia is the best host I’ve ever met. She prepared a welcome dinner with wine, snacks, focaccia for us which was super nice and we weren’t expecting such a hospitality. there’s everything you may ever need on the beach included like umbrellas, kids toys. the fridge was full with water and other stuff you may need for prepping a breakfast etc. we’ve been amazed. the apartment is almost on the beach - like 100m by private walkway. it was great!

Pro: Claudia byla skvělá a velmi příjemná hostitelka, ubytování je vymazlené do nejmenšího detailu, je to jak na hotelu, nemusíte si brát osušky, máte připravené tašky na pláž, lehátka, slunečníky, v koupelně šampon, sprchový gel, opravdu komfort se vším všudy. Při příjezdu jsme měli připravené pohoštění, v lednici základní věci, jako mléko, vajíčka, džusy atd. fakt nás Claudia rozmazlovala. Na pláž jsme to měli kousek. Takže milá a krásná Claudie, moc ti děkujeme za dovolenou snů, jsi krásná a úžasná, moc tě pozdravujeme.

Pro: Obiekt doskonale położony na południu wyspy blisko plaży. Prywatne zejście do plaży, parking na terenie posesji. Piękne wnętrze, piękny zadbany ogród, bardzo bogate wyposażenie obiektu. Oprócz rzeczy do użytku codziennego ( pralka, suszarka, zmywarka itp), wyposażenie obejmowało też kosmetyki w łazience. Na ogrodzie pełne wyposażenie na plażę - SUP, kajak, leżaki, parasole i wiele innych. Właścicielka przywitała nas poczęstunkiem i winem.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung mit hervorragender Gadtgeberin.
Pro: Tolle Lage mit Parkplatz für Mietauto auf abgeschlossenem Privatgrundstück. Wirklich nur kurzer Fußweg zu traumhafter Sandbucht. Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, z. B. Paddelboot, Standupboard, Kinderspielsachen, Strandklappstühle, Strandtaschen, Bollerwagen für den Weg zum Strand. In der Wohnung ist auch alles vorhanden, was man irgendwie gebrauchen könnte. Sogar Kühltasche und Kühlakkus fürs Picknick … Die Vermieterin Claudia ist die beste, die ich bisher erlebt habe. Es war zum Empfang ein Essen mit sardischer Wurst und Käse mit einem riesigen Obstkorb vorbereitet, der Kühlschrank war bestückt ( u. a. mit Wein, Wasser, Joghurt, Tomaten, Eiern, Butter) zum Kochen waren Nudeln und Tomatensoße da, … Besser geht es nicht. Claudia war aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Der Ort selbst ist etwas verschlafen, mobil sollte man schon sein (z. B. Leihwagen).
