Big relax apartment with swimming pool and a peaceful garden in a private villa

Absolutely amazing

Pro: The place is big and the hosts Rita and Carlo are amazing and super accommodating. The location is a good base for visiting the beaches on the south. Can't recommend enough. If you travel with kids, they have cots and chairs for eating too.

Contro: Everything was perfect.

A very pleasant place for a family vacation.

Pro: The accommodation is in a quiet location, slightly away from the center of Sestu. However, everything you need (restaurants, shops) is within a few minutes’ walking distance. A major advantage is the very peaceful setting — the garden is enclosed and pleasant. The large swimming pool and the seating area around it are absolutely fantastic, and they are only shared between two apartments. During our stay, we had it practically to ourselves. The accommodation is very spacious and provided everything we needed. The apartment was fully air-conditioned, the kitchen well-equipped, and even a washing machine was available. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend it.

Contro: Our stay lasted 11 nights, and after one week we received fresh bed linen. It would have been nice, and I would have greatly appreciated it, if the host had arranged at least one cleaning of the apartment during our stay.

Pro: Very kind host. Very discreet and we could use the pool without feeling in the way most of the time. The apartment is very big and well equipped for families. Great internet.

Contro: Your entrance is on the second floor on the backside of the house. The pool and seating area is in the front, so it's not that convenient if you want to eat outside. The pool area is great, but a little difficult to reach. The air conditioning works, but you can only have three out of five on at the same time. Meaning that in the morning after having the aircon on in the three bedrooms, the kitchen and livingroom are wery warm. And in the evening it's the other way around. If you were allowed the keep the aircons on during the day when you are away, the cool would probably spread, but this is not allowed. Smells a bit funky... Like mold. Would be nice with a chromecast. Most people have a digital film/series-service nowadays, but there is no way to connect these to the TV.

Great apartment with a good-sized swimming pool lot in a quiet location.

Pro: Very spacious apartment in a quiet location, nice swimming pool, plenty and different types of seating outdoors by the pool. Host very helpful when asking questions and providing laundry detergent for free, so we did not have to buy a large amount for a single wash.

Contro: No proper private outdoor space next to the apartment, just a couple of small bistro chairs and table by the front entrance. From the photos I had assumed the outdoor table and chairs was for the specific apartment, not shared. Although you can use all the seating around the pool, it's around the other side of the house and is also used by other guests and the owner. Large long drink glasses and mugs would be useful.

Très bon lieu de vacances

Pro: Carlo et sa maman sont très accueillants. L'appartement est comme sur les photos. La superbe piscine est un gros avantage si vous êtes avec des enfants et que vous ne souhaitez pas faire des journées entières à la plage . Le plus souvent nous avions la piscine pour nous tous seuls. Carlo était disponible à la moindre question,tout s'est bien passé . Appartement propre et fonctionnel,tous les ustensiles sont là si vous avez besoin de cuisiner , la clim est un vrai point positif , étant donné les fortes chaleurs en Sardaigne . Literie confortable . Nous avons passé des vacances géniales 🥰 Merci Carlo 😊 👏 N'hésitez pas à aller voir les plages du Sud ,qui sont vraiment magnifiques (Campana Dune Beach ,notre préférée 🥰 )

Lieu tranquille et extraordinaire

Pro: La piscine, la climatisation, la grande taille des pièces, l'hospitalité, la localisation.

Contro: Manque une place de parking à l'ombre.

Pro: Veel ruimte! Rust en super tips van eigenaars. Koelbox, parasols , restaurant, hulp… niets was hen teveel!Keuken was fantastisch uitgerust.
