Un piacevole soggiorno

Pro: L'appartamento é di nuovissima ristrutturazione, molto curato e dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi, vicinissimo al centro, al supermercato locale e al mare. L'ottima posizione rende la casa fresca e ben ventilata e non abbiamo avuto necessità di accendere l'aria condizionata. Il gestore, Claudio, è stato molto gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno

Great central but quiet place to stay in Santa Maria - a few simple fixes would make it superb

Pro: The apartment is on the 1st/top floor in a very recently renovated with brand new appliances (only used washing machine). Good central location in a quiet street with on street parking. 2 small balconies with lateral sea view. Very comfortable bed. Sufficient clothes hanging. Brand new kitchen appliances - but we only used fridge & coffee machine.

Contro: The renovation work isn't quite finished and the apartment felt bare with basic furniture (but good bed!) and no decor. There were no external shutters and no curtains, apart from the bedrooms which had simple roller blinds so it got pretty hot in the morning sun. Without shutters the apartment got very warm so we had to use the aircon in the bedroom which struggled to keep the temperature below 27C at night. There are two very small east-facing balconies looking onto another building - you have to look south over the end of the balcony to get a sea view. The living room balcony has a small table & 2 chairs facing each other so only one person gets the view. Plates, cutlery, cooking knives & tupperware in kitchen but no bowls or wine glasses. The owner required a €1000 cash deposit which was a shock - booking.com support negotiated it to €500 - the first time I've had to pay a deposit on booking.com. I was a bit concerned but we had no problem getting it back when we checked out. Electricity was charged extra at 80ct/kWH - we paid about €16 for bedroom air conditioner & warm water for 4 days. The address was wrong on booking.com - it's actually 31 Via Portu Cuau - so this mix up cost us time & a little stress. There was no WIFI on our 1st day - owner left us a mobile data router which was ok but slower than our own mobile data.

Pro: Szép felújított, tágas lakás. Ideális 4 fős család számára. Közel a tenger. A konyhai erkélyéről tengerre nyílik a kilátás. Csodás volt!

Contro: A lakás annyira frissen felújított, hogy néhány ablaknál még hiányoztak a függönyök. Ezeket szerintem a tulajdonos hamarosan megoldja. Ha ezt figyelembe is vesszük akkor is egy összkomfortos, jól felszerelt prémium alsó kategóriás apartmannban lakhattunk jó áron. Köszönjük a barátságos Claudionak!
