Mare e relax

Pro: Fronte mare. Per una famiglia con bambine piccole era l’ideale, la struttura si trova proprio praticamente fronte spiaggia e il signor Antioco e la signora Rita sono persone carinissime e disponibili.

Pro: Il mare stratosferico e l appartamento accogliente con tutte le comodità

Pro: La struttura ha una vista che sembra un quadro. La terrazza offre una visione del mare incredibile. La mattina ti svegli con il rumore delle onde in sottofondo e questo rende davvero l’idea di vacanza. Si trova vicina a molte spiagge della Sardegna del sud tutte assolutamente da visitare. L’appartamento super fornito, super pulito al nostro arrivo e l’attenzione della signora Rita e del signor Antioco nel spiegare ogni dettaglio per vivere al meglio il soggiorno è ammirabile. Due persone accoglienti e pronte a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente. Davvero l’appartamento che sceglierei per tornare a Maladroxia!

Locazione al piano terra, sala, camera e dehor esterno favoloso.

Pro: La posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia. La tranquillità serale. La spiaggia pulitissima. Il mare meraviglioso.

Contro: Gli insetti la sera.

Pro: Ottimo appartamento accanto alla spiaggia di Maladroxia! Rita e Antioco sono gentilissimi!

Nice house in a great location

Pro: Helpful hosts who waited up late to welcome us and were happy for us to leave the car there for the day after we checked out. Great location 30s from the beach and brilliant view from the lounge area. Good shaded parking next to the house.

Contro: A few more kitchen knives would be useful and it would be great to have beach chairs, umbrella and SUP etc available to use from the house.

Loved it - not luxurious but had all the necessary amenities, and a great location.

Pro: Location was excellent - view of the sea and two minutes walk to be on the beach! And it's a nice beach! The village ( Maladroxio ) has an excellent beach bar with fresh salads and other offerings for lunch. They also hire out sunloungers and beach umbrellas at low prices. There are a couple of other eateries depending on what you want, and they are open in the evenings. The nearest shop/supermarket is Lidl - ten minutes drive away. In Sant'Antioco town there are a number of really good restaurants, and well as pizzerias and other options.

Contro: The shower in the apartment is tiny, the plastic curtain intrudes, and the hot water supply only lasts a couple of minutes. Had to work out how to get wet, soap up with the water off, then start the water again. If one of the guests staying is on the large size it would be a struggle.
