Ancora Apartment

Pro: L accoglienza super, la posizione ottima e I servizi proposti perfetti.

Pro: L appartamento in una posizione strategica,vicino al Poetto zona Cagliari meraviglioso, 44 minuti da Villasimius e col bus PQ direttamente a Cagliari. Ottime entrambe le terrazze per esporre e lavare gli indumenti.condominio silenzioso e nuovo con ascensore

Contro: Peccato non poter utilizzare le tende esterne in quanto rotte, per riparare la terrazza dal sole.

Appartamento oltre le aspettative

Pro: Appartamento nuovo, ben arredato e con tutti i comfort in una palazzina molto carina. Bellissima terrazza con tavolo e sedie. Parcheggio sotto casa sia interno che lungo la strada. Zona residenziale ma vicino a più di un supermercato, ottima per girare la costa senza dover affrontare il traffico di Cagliari. Per raggiungere il centro di Cagliari si impegna circa 15/20 minuti , la spiaggia del Poetto è a pochi minuti. Estrema disponibilità da parte dell' host per consegnare e ritirare le chiavi.

Perfect location, spottles and immediately feels lile home

Pro: Ideally located to reach the Poetto beach in couple of minutes by car (reachable also on foot, but maybe not the best infrastructure for that). Cagliari city center is also 20-25mins away, so overall really good location. Checkin done easily. Clean apartment, comfortable beds. It is on the third(last floor of the building). So relatively quiet. Though do expect that you will hear the TV from the neighbour below. They seem to like to have it on max volume. But nothing to annoying. We would definitely book it again in the future. And yes, they had a lot of books for kids, some toys. This was really good, since we were with two small kids.

Contro: Maybe some of the kitchen utensils can be renewed. Spoons, kniwes etc. No dishwasher, but for us that was not an issue. Though in that case I always expect to have at least a clean sponge so that i do not need to go to buy one next day. But this is just a minor thing. The small bathroom (there are two bathrooms) has some mold, but we did not used it, so no issues again there. Bottom line, if you are coming from some fancy background and you like to have everything served and like to complain about all of the minor stuff, then this is not the apartment for you. But for an average normal person then this apartment is perfect. As it was for us.

Great apartment and location, kind and awesome owners.

Pro: The owners are so kind. They were in non-stop contact with us and waited for us in the apartment eventhough we came there relatively late in the night. They explained everything to us, give us tips and instructions for using buses. They even helped us get taxi in the middle of the night when we missed the bus from the city and arranged airport transfer for us. Through all of our stay they answered if we needed anything. Apartment is on a great location, close to bus stops with buses driving to Cagliari. It's super big and comfortable with big balcony. It's as perfect for families as for a friends group.

Pro: Great apartment. Very well equipped. Quite location. Very good aircon. Spacious and bright. Modern and smart. I stayed for 4 weeks and felt very at home. Excellent.

Contro: I liked everything! No complaints.
