Pro: Monolocale molto pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Ampia terrazza dove si può mangiare, con lavatrice e stendino. Parcheggio facilmente disponibile in strada. Bar , panifico e altri negozio sotto casa.

Comodo e pulito monolocale in una buona zona

Pro: L’appartamento è piccolino ma ha tutto, perfettamente pulito e in ordine. Forniti gli essenziali, saponi, stoviglie per 2 persone e l’occorrente per pulire. C’è anche un armadio per sistemare le proprie cose. Comodo il terrazzo ampio, con stendino e lavandino, e lavatrice. Si trova facilmente parcheggio sotto casa, gratuito, e ci sono bar e attività commerciali intorno.

Contro: Il letto matrimoniale è un po’ piccolo, il frigorifero fa un po’ di rumore costante.

Pro: Appartamento molto pulito, fresco e perfetto per due persone. Posizione comoda e con molti parcheggi disponibili, proprietaria molto cordiale.

Contro: Il frigo vicino al letto un pochino rumoroso

Pro: The apartament is located in a quiet area - ideal for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. A big plus is the spacious parking right next to the property, which is especially convenient if you are travelling by car. There is also a bus stop about 100 metres away, and it takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the centre of Cagliari. The flat itself was clean, spacious and well equipped with microwave, coffee machine, tea, coffee, hairdryer, beach umbrella, washing machine, washing gel, body shampoo, conditioner. Possibility to prepare a meal. Francesca was very helpful. Not only did she gave us great tips on what to see in the area, she also sent us a list of attractions and recommended restaurants. Pro: Prijazna lastnica, stanovanje je bilo čisto, dostopno in možnost parkiranja pred blokom. Možno pranje perila.

Contro: Prav bi prišla malo boljša oprema v kuhinji kot naprimer večja posoda, večji nož za sadje in zelenjavo.

Pro: The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They welcomed me at 0100 after a delayed flight into CAG. The place was very functional, complete with a peaceful balcony. The kitchen was outfitted to prepare food! A coffee shop, grocery, bakery and pizzaria close by. On street parking. The laundry came with clothes soap.

Contro: The kitchen could stand to have a larger cutting knife like a butcher knife. The standard noise that goes with being in an apartment building. The place is more on the periphery of town which does have its benefits
