Residence carino e ottima posizione per la spiaggia

Pro: Struttura molto carina. Ottima posizione, la spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Bella terrazza con tavolo ampio per mangiare all'aperto.

Contro: Letti di lunghezza 1.9m... Oggi lo standard dovrebbe essere 2.0m. Chi è alto da 1.8m in su non sta comodo

Pro: Struttura immersa nel verde, con piscina. L'appartamento pulitissimo, stanze ampie e luminose, due bagni. Alloggio dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici

Contro: Cuscini duri

Pro: Posizione, arredi nuovissimi, pulizia e precisione dello staff

Pro: Everything was perfect, beautifull and very comfortable appartment. Very good contact with the owner of the apartment, a friendly and polite person! Very spacious apartment, excellently equipped and well-decorated. A large, comfortable terrace with a set of lounge furniture and a table where the whole family can eat a meal. Cozy rooms, very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, we lacked nothing. Very well kept swimming pool with nice surroundings. The entire facility is very clean, beautiful vegetation and a wide, convenient parking lot. The facility is very close to the city beach, shops and restaurants.

Quiet, clean & relaxing.

Pro: Quiet location. Beaches within 10 minutes walk. Clean shared pool which usually had space round it for relaxing. Clean well kept grounds. Perfect for quiet relaxing holiday.

Contro: Limited number of local restaurants. Car required to explore locally or further afield.

Residence Excellence is simply excellent :-)

Pro: Residence Excellence was a an absolute grat place to stay for our 2 weeks family vacation. The whole structure is (or at least seems) new. The 2 appartment houses are spacious with lots storage room for clothes. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfy. The 2 badrooms are well equipped and maintained (no broken shower cabins ike in many other places and hotels), including a washing machine. Windows are well isolated. Oudside seating for 4 people in the shades and grill available. The central and common usage swimming pool is also nice and well maintained with daily cleaning. Private parking lot only acessible with a key / remote control. Hour local host Regina, was very helpful, available when needed and kind. The Residence is not far from the beach, only a 5-10min walk. Overall we were very satisfied by our choice and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a classy and hassle-free rental.

Contro: The swimming pool opening hours 10am-1pm, 3pm-8pm, are a bit weird. No morning swim allowed, that's all really. The neighbours might be a bit loud, but that's the same everywhere :-)

nice stay, some things need to change

Pro: appartment was comfortable and clean, the garden around was beautifull. kitchen has everything you need to cook. two spots to sit outside is also perfect with sun/shadow to choose. all the windows had muskito nets which is very rare to see, so we were very happy with that! couch to sit is a bed/couch and not very comfaratable to sit, bit all in all you really have everything you need and in hot summer it’s very cool because a lot of trees are around the apparatments.

Contro: the owners are very strict with leaving the appartment clean with penalties if you don’t. I think that is a good thing, however, you should give the guests then their own cleaning tools. we had to buy dish soap, sponges to clean, brush to clean the dish, since all this was not there. if you want that tourist leave it clean, you have to provide them with all the tools necessary. Furthemore a lot of contracts need to be signed on forehand which I have never had that way, there are 5 contracts to sign and deposit is cash, a bit of a hassle which should be arranged otherwise for the comfort of the tourist. However there is a security camera, pointing right at the pool, you should ask the tourists permission for that in one of the contracts. you can’t just film people in a pool area without asking permission.

Pro: Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Regina war sehr freundlich und hat auf unsere Fragen sofort per WhatsApp geantwortet. Wohnung hat an allen Fenstern Mückennetze, die brauchte es bei unserem Aufenthalt auch.

Contro: Eine Lampe über dem Esstisch im Außenbreich wäre gut.

Pro: Schöne Wohnung mit Sicht auf den Pool. Schöne Einrichtung.

Contro: Sprache nur auf italienisch.

Prachtig luxe schoon appartement

Pro: Prachtige luxe accommodatie, vlak aan zee in dorpje wat verder nog wel een upgrade kan gebruiken. Zwembad strand en zee waren top!

Contro: Alles was prachtig. Alleen de afval regels waren wat ingewikkeld. Elke dag moest er wel wat anders aan de straat gezet worden. En te vroege check out. Voor 9,00 uur de deur uit vond ik vroeg.
