Pro: La struttura, la possibilità di parcheggio privato e chiuso ( anche se non di facile accessibilità a causa di posizionamento della struttura all'interno della ztl)

Contro: La gestione particolarmente asettica determinata dall'agenzia che si occupa della struttura.

Pro: struttura nuova, molto accogliente e ottima posizione .

Contro: niente

Pro: Loved the accommodation, very clean and modern.Location was excellent.

Pro: Very clean , enter at ground level , room for small car parking . Remote to open the security gate are in the apartment so you have to park first . A little tricky getting in and out . Staff were great with lots of help with pictures on check in .

Excellent choice

Pro: Everything was excellent !!! Davide was very friendly, a very nice person. As a recommendation: The apartment is recently renewed, everything is good quality stuff and you can see the good taste of the designer, so is normal to leave a warranty for possible damages, but the company (owner) should change the method they use to retain money from customers as a warranty. I wasn't agree to introduce ALL data of my credit card on the company website. The company is not registered as a payment processor, so that's not a normal request.

Beautiful two-story house in Oristano

Pro: The property is a beautiful two-story house, located very close to Oristano's city center. It was fully refurbished in August 2024. The photos don’t do justice to the true state of the property, which is far better in person. There are air conditioners in all three rooms of the house. It has two beautiful, fully equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and there is even a washing machine and an ironing machine. Parking is also a key feature due to how crowded the streets of Oristano can be. Everything was exceptional.

Contro: While there wasn’t anything I particularly disliked—and I was informed about it beforehand—I still believe the €30 late checkin fee should be reconsidered. During the low season, traveling to Oristano can be quite challenging due to the limited number of flights. If you land in Alghero, you also have to account for a 150 km drive. I arrived in Oristano at 21:45 and was still charged the €30 fee.

Pro: Excellent new automatic house, comfortable beds, has everything and a dishwasher and a washing machine and its own garage in the city center. Excellent neighbor who can help with parking).

Contro: The dining table is not intended for eating, and it is impossible to wash it.

Pro: Schöne moderne Wohnung. Bequeme Betten, genug Handtücher. Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Zwei duschen. Lage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Contro: Alles war prima!

Pro: El alojamiento estaba nuevo. Te hacia sentir como en casa. Estaba bien ubicado

Pro: El apartamento está bien, buenas instalaciones y tiene aparcamiento para vehículos, lo cual está muy bien.

Contro: La limpieza de los pisos en el apartamento bastante precaria, no se podía caminar descalzos ya que el piso estaba muy sucio.
