Ruhiges, modernes Appartment mit einigen Schwächen
Pro: Modernes, cleanes Appartment. Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten. Sehr ruhige Lage in Wohngebiet, ca 1 km bis zum Stadtzentrum. Parken problemlos. Appartamento moderno, pulito. Cucina attrezzata bene. Letti buoni. Posizione molto tranquilla in area residenti. Parcheggio disponibile in strada.
Contro: Puntabzug für die völlige Charmefreiheit. Ausblick der Parterrewohnung aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster auf die Fronten direkt davor parkender Autos, aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster auf den kahlen Innenhof und die Garagenwand. Außer dem Sofa schienen uns die Möbel eher von preiswerter Qualität zu sein. Durch die Kunststoffwand, die beide Appartments trennt, hört man die Nachbarn sehr gut. Der persönliche Kontakt war gleich null. Was den Vermieter am meisten zu interressieren scheint, ist, dass man den Müll richtig trennt und pünktlich auscheckt. Perde punti per l' assenza assoluta die charme. Vista dell' appartamento sul pianterreno dalla finestra nella camera da letto da sulle fronti delle macchine parcheggiando direttamente davanti e dal salotto sul cortile gretto. I mobili tranne il divano ci sembravano di qualita' piuttosto minore. Il pannello che divide i due appartamenti fa sentire i vicini molto bene. Il contatto personale al ospitante quasi non c' era. La sua preoccupazione piu grande sembra che si separa bene i rifiuti e che si fa il check out puntualmente.

Cura e attenzione per gli ospiti.
Pro: Appartamento moderno, ben arredato e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. In una zona tranquilla ma vicino al centro.
Contro: L'informazione per effettuare il check in. Booking non riporta le istruzioni corrette.

Pro: Pulitissima, piena di comfort come l’ombrellone e borsa mare.
Contro: Niente, l’unica nota è che il pannello che divide gli appartamenti non isola completamente, ma la camera è dal lato opposto pertanto si dorme perfettamente

Fantastic!
Pro: The appartement was clean and everything was there. There was coffee, wine, water and fruit. We were welcomed by Matteo, who was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some great tips for things to do in the area, even after our stay was over! Everything about this stay was perfect and we would 100% book this again.

PERFECT! YOU SHOULD BOOK THIS APARTMENT!
Pro: the apartment is completely new. it's very clean, nice design, large rooms, comfortable bed, and one of the most important things: the bed linen, pillows and towels smell fresh! well equiped kitchen with a high modern stabdard and a big bathroom with a relaxing shower you can park your car infront of the apartment. you can walk to the city center of Oristano (ca 1km). you can reach the most beautiful beaches around within a drive of 15-20 minutes. The host offered wine and some fruit.

Perfect uitgerust appartement
Pro: Het hele appartement was superschoon en alles was helemaal nieuw en het bed was heerlijk groot. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Een vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven, magnetron, broodrooster en zelfs een droger. De keuken is perfect en goed uitgerust. De ligging is 10 minuten van het centrum waar vele leuke restaurantjes te vinden zijn. Vanuit Oristano kun je vele leuke uitjes maken of prachtige stranden en baaitjes bezoeken. Costa verde is zeker een aanrader!! Matteo en zijn moeder zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles wat ons verblijf tot een waar genoegen heeft gemaakt. Ik kan dit verblijf alleen maar aanbevelen👍👍👍

Der aufenhalt was vom ersten sehr positiven Eindruck bis am Schluss sehr gut.
Pro: Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit,unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Anreise hat sich bei uns ein bisschen verzögert was aber für ihn überhaupt kein Problem war.
Contro: es gibt nichts auszusetzen! alles war supper
