Pro: Accoglienza amichevole, pulizie ben fatte, ampi spazi (soggiorno/cottura + 2 stanze), prodotti da bagno, cucina attrezzata (con anche monoporzioni di caffè, marmellata, miele e biscotti). Piscina bellissima con lettini e divanetti, doccia calda, BBQ

Contro: Quello che doveva essere un problema (rumore dalla vicina cava) in realtà per noi è stato un NON PROBLEMA:. alla mattina con le finestre chiuse senti poco e niente, idem al pomeriggio in piscina (più distante e riparata) quando il lavoro comunque scema, Sab e Dom la cava è chiusa. Evidentemente in ogni caso spesso si era al mare.

Pro: Luogo silenzioso e rilassante, case ampie e luminose, personale pulizie molto cortese e gentile. L'appartamento è munito di ogni confort, piscina non ampia ma bella presente zona bbq.

Contro: nulla da segnalare

Perfect for holiday and relaxation.

Pro: The pool was fantastic!!! You can just jump in and relax on the beach chair. There are many olive trees which make natural shadow. It was really comfortable to sit and relax under the shadow. We could hear the noise of construction, but it didn't bother with us at all. you need to drive to go for dinner and to the beach, but it's not so touristic like north Sardinien. We liked this accomodation very much!

Absolutely worth the stay!

Pro: It’s 4km from the beach and from the small town of Cardedu. The house had everything that we needed and more. The surrounding property is lovely, mainly olive trees for a true Mediterranean immersive experience. The swimming pool was the cherry on the cake for the windy (or lazy!) days!! Also, special note about the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and accommodating.. true Sardinian hospitality!

wonderful location and very comfortable stay.

Pro: lovely pool and private outdoor area to use. great location, really close to lots of beaches and amenities. The staff were very friendly and check-in was quick and easy.

Contro: there were a couple of essential kitchen items missing like a kitchen knife and very minimal supplies such as toilet paper and dish soap which we had to go out and buy. no condiments such as salt etc were provided which was a bit inconvenient.

Pro: Swimming pool is fabulous. Apartments spacious and clean

Absolutely wonderful stay! We want to return!

Pro: It was peaceful and in a very beautiful spot, only four minutes by cat from a large, almost empty beach. Everything was very well organised and the owners and staff were very friendly and communicated well.

Contro: Kitchen needed a little bit more cutlery and cooking equipment. The wifi was rather unstable.
