Pro: Cosy, light flat with proximity to public transport. It has all necessary things during your stay.

Contro: The sofa in the living room is not comfortable. It is not for sleeping.

Wonderful

Pro: I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was excellent, situated in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, which made getting around very convenient. The view from the house was stunning, and it added so much to the experience. The host was incredibly kind and responsive—anytime we needed something, even if it wasn’t already available in the house, they made sure to provide it quickly and with a smile. You can really tell they care about their guests’ comfort. The house itself was very well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and welcoming home

An unforgettable week in the beautiful city of Cagliari made even better thanks to the stay in this apartment.

Pro: The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything one needs, plus some basic condiments incl. salt, olive oil, balsamico, tea and coffee which was a bonus and not every accommodation offers that. The wardrobe in the bedroom is generous with a plenty of racks! The big balcony with a washing machine and space to dry the clothes was a huge plus after a week of travelling. The apartment is in a convenient location-5 mins walking distance from the bus stop that goes to the centre or to the beach. Grocery store also 5 mins walking distance. Great and swift communication with the owner. I had a special request which was not a problem.

Pro: Les personnes avec lesquelles j'ai correspondu que ce soit par écrits ou bien en présentiel sont vraiment très gentilles et à l'écoute

Contro: Il n'y a rien que nous avions pas apprécié : l'hébergement en totalité était top (un four aurait été un petit +) mais pas indispensable pour apprécier notre séjour :)
