Fantastic spacious modern apartment on a safe & quiet location. Perfect stay!

Pro: This apartment is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious with modern decor. Smooth checkin - we didn’t meet anyone at check in, all done remotely. We were accommodated very kindly with a later check out. Much appreciated. The apartment has 2 work stations, good WiFi, Nespresso machine, the washing machine was great, 2 hairdryers and hair straighteners, has good supply of towels & toilet roll. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 balconies. The air conditioning was welcome in 35° heat! Few bars and restaurants in a little square around the corner. Lovely atmosphere. Short walk to the centre of town. Great location. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

Contro: Nothing we didn’t like. Just to note, there is no lift to this first floor apt but that was not an issue for us.

Pro: Property was located in best location. Two bathrooms and three balconies. Very cosy and quiet.

Contro: Appreciate recycling but found it confusing at first with all the different bins and days of collection. Too many rules for responsible tenants!

A great neighbourhood near all the main attractions but still with its own local feel

Pro: Stylish and spacious apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods in Cagliari.

A perfect place to rest and enjoy the beautiful city

Pro: We spent a week in the apartment and it was wonderful. It’s spacious, well equipped and in a perfect location. We especially appreciated there being staples provided as we didn’t have to buy them, then leave them behind. The San Benedetto market was 10 minutes away. We were able to have meals in and enjoy a restful period in our travels. Three balconies, laundry and dishwasher, even a yoga mat. It felt like home.

Contro: Because there were several personal items in the space, we were somewhat nervous about damaging anything.

Pro: Wyjątkowe miejsce. Bardzo wygodny apartament. Świetna lokalizacja. Pomocny właściciel.

Pro: Emplacement parfait, au calme tout en étant tout proche du centre ville et de la gare.

Tolles Appartment in bester Lage mit Top Ausstattung.

Pro: Top Lage in der Nähe eines kleinen Platzes mit netter Bar. 2 Bäder - Luxus pur.

Contro: Seeehr langwieriges kompliziertes Check-in Prezedere. Verrosteter Wäscheständer, leider nicht entfernbare Rostflecken auf neuer Hose geholt.

Pro: The property was very roomy and comfortable. Pretty sound proof. There were some nice restaurants and shopping close by.

Contro: Parking is a challenge and expensive.

Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Mercado San Benedetto. Jederzeit wieder!

Pro: Top Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment hatte alles was man braucht. Enrico (Gastgeber) hatte alle Informationen schon im Vorfeld bereitgestellt und war auch immer erreichbar. Gute Parkmäglichkeiten am Mercado San Benedetto (20.00h - 08.00h frei parken).
