Comfortable Stay in a Charming Location
Pro: We booked this accommodation in Cagliari for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The place is very well-equipped and has a unique charm, as it was converted from an old restaurant—making the entrance especially memorable. It’s definitely a great spot to stay when visiting Cagliari, with plenty of cozy and good restaurants within walking distance. The only downside is that the shower doesn’t provide warm water for very long, which can be a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s a lovely and unique location. Communication with the owner was easy—he was always reachable and responded quickly. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which I greatly appreciated, and parking was hassle-free. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Pro: Location is amazing. Five minutes from the centre but on a very quiet street. Apartment is really interesting, a former sushi restaurant which has still maintained its original features but beautifully converted into an apartment. Bedroom is a perfect size and cosy. Hot water constantly available. Apartment is also incredibly quiet and private. Two large doors provide great security in addition to a safe. Internet is brilliant as well, 100Mb up and down! Couldn't recommend this accommodation more. Oh and Mauro is a brilliant and friendly host!
Contro: Nothing I can think of at all!

Pro: First of all the space is awesome, the bed is to die for (I could sleep there for 20 hours a day), two toilets and the bathroom is great, and its extremely central, 3 minutes walk from all the central bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the port, the train and bus station and also from the Castello area. The host Mauro is excellent and even brought us extra pillows (anatomic and antiallergic!). Its located in a beautiful little street and you have everything at your feet. Great value for money as well. Highly recommended:)

Unconventional, but overall ok place near the city center.
Pro: Great location in the middle of the city. Mauro is very friendly and happy to help. The place was very large. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important in the summer.
Contro: Shower floor is uncomfortable, also the shower is right next to the toilet. The bedroom and bath have no windows (but air conditioning). The place is a former bar and thus may not be the most homely.

Pro: Я отдыхала с дочерью-подростком,поэтому искала просторное жилье.Здесь было идеально,т.к. у каждого было свое личное пространство,что не вносило никакого дискомфорта в совместном пребывании.Подойдет для молодежи,также для одного родителя со взромлым ребенком. Хорошая транспортная развязка,близко к центру.К морю на автобусе ехать минут 30,но ходят очень часто и ждать не приходится. Кондиционер,горячая вода,вайфай. Отдельная благодарность за пляжный зонтик и полотенца для пляжа.

Pro: Logement atypique, qu'elle expérience de se préparer à manger derrière le bar, puis déguster en tant que convives de restaurant. Tout prête à l'envie de cuisiner de bons petits plats, grand plan de travail, 3 frigos, grand évier, vrais verres à vin et à bière, etc. Literie confortable, douche très spacieuse. A moins de 5 minutes à pied des arrêts de bus et des bars et restaurants. Un grand merci à Mauro pour sa gentillesse. A découvrir absolument.
Contro: De beaux couteaux de cuisine, mais qui ne coupent pas. Attention à l'estrade derrière le bar qui est de la même couleur que le sol, on ne distingue pas la marche. Manque un étendage mobile pour sécher le linge.

Leben in einer ehemaligen Bar - Außergewöhnlich und ein Highlight (wer damit zurecht kommt)
Pro: Außergewöhnliche Location! Eine Bar im Originalzustand, die mit Bett und Duschmöglichkeit erweitert wurde. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss mit der von außen verspiegelten Eingangstüre ist ungewöhnlich. Falls dies stört, kann man jedoch auch die beiden äußeren Türen schließen, dann hat man nicht mehr das Gefühl, dass jeder in die Bar schauen kann (Allerdings wird es dann etwas dunkel, Lampen sind aber reichlich vorhanden). Insgesamt eine tolle Location, ggf. aber nicht unbedingt für jeden geeignet. Der Internetzugang ist hervorragend, der Waschtrockner ist recht neu und funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mir hat es gefallen!
