Siamo stati molto bene e la casa ha soddisfatto completamente le nostre esigenze

Pro: La casa è molto bella e spaziosissima situata in posizione molto tranquilla e strategica. Si raggiunge infatti la spiaggia del Poetto in pochi minuti ed è abbastanza vicina al centro. Nella zona è stato sempre facile trovare parcheggio

Contro: La casa è veramente dotata di tutto, l'unica cosa cheti potrebbe aggiungere è la lavastoviglie

Pro: We stayed in Sardinia and were hosted by the incredibly kind Alberto. He gave us great tips on local restaurants and beaches, which made our trip even better. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious—just as described. Communication with Alberto was flawless, a perfect 5-star experience. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment, incredibly friendly host with a lovely view!

Pro: Alberto was an incredible host, he was super accommodating and really helpful in giving us recommendations of places to eat! The apartment is beautiful, clean and at a great location. It is super easy to get into the city and walking distance to Poetto beach. Would 100% come back!

Pro: Very spacious and clean apartment. It is fully equipped with everything needed. Highly recommended!

Contro: The elevator is quite small. If you travel with baby stroller it can be problematic to fit it in, as the doors are rather narrow.

Comfortable, friendly, beautiful, best place to spend vacations

Pro: All thing are fantastic. The room is clean, the kitchen is great. It even has a gas stove instead of an electric one. It has a somehow like sea viewed balcony. The neighborhood is friendly and accommodating, it is comfortable to walk around. The thing that really touch me is that I left all the key in the apartment when I check-out, and I forget there is car gate need to be opened by keys. I seek around for help in the garden. It is 8 a.m. or earlier, there is a warmhearted neighbor who noticed I shout aloud, he went to his balcony even with sleepiness, and he opened the gate by his own keys. If there is a 20 minutes delay, I would miss the plane. In one word, the apartment and neighborhood really made a profound impression to me, and it even made me to have a great impression of Cagliari.

Contro: Nothing, everything is perfect.

Schöne Zeit in Cagliari

Pro: Sehr großzügige und gepflegte Ferienwohnung im 4. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen, angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Mietwagen gab es einen eigenen Stellplatz im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Gastgeber Alberto hatte eine Vielzahl von Tipps für Restaurants und Supermärkte. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Cagliari und würden hier jederzeit wieder reservieren.

Detta var första gången vi hyrde en lägenhet då vi alltid kört hotell innan. Men detta blev en extremt positivt upplevel

Pro: Stor, rymlig och fräsch lägenhet som hade allt man kunde tänka sig. Ett väldigt bra och lugnt läge som låg ca 10min promenad från stranden, ca 4min med bil. Bra parkerings möjligheter på gatan utanför.

Contro: Inget, allt fanns som man behövde.
