L’appartamento in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti di auto sia dal centro di Cagliari che dal Poetto.
Pro: Appartamento innovativo con tutti i comfort necessari. Accogliente e pratico. Favolosa disponibilità della proprietaria. Pulizia e ordine impeccabili.

L’opzione ideale: comfort, design ed accoglienza.
Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Cagliari e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente la realtà. La zona è residenziale, tranquilla e sicura, con parcheggi liberi sempre disponibili nei dintorni per chi come noi viaggia con l'auto, una vera comodità. Facilmente raggiungibile sia il centro che il Poetto. L’appartamento è nuovo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. I proprietari sono stati estremamente disponibili ed accoglienti, pronti a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio moderno e funzionale in una posizione strategica per visitare il Sud Sardegna.

Pro: la casa è nuova e pulitissima, moderna e con tutti i confort possibili. è in una zona molto comoda, tranquilla e collegata bene, infatti vicino la struttura sono presenti diverse fermate di autobus. la cucina e i bagni sono attrezzati perfettamente. il personale super disponibile e gentile, torneremo sicuramente!!

Una scoperta!
Pro: La Maison des Vents è stata una scoperta meravigliosa! La casa è nuovissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort possibile. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’attenzione ai dettagli: dalla piastra per capelli alla lavastoviglie, ogni piccolo accessorio ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più semplice e rilassante. Gli spazi sono confortevoli, luminosi e perfettamente puliti: si percepisce da subito la cura con cui viene gestita la struttura. Anche la posizione è perfetta: in pochi minuti si raggiungono sia il mare che il centro città, ma allo stesso tempo si gode di tranquillità e privacy. Una sistemazione ideale sia per chi cerca relax che per chi vuole esplorare la zona. Torneremo sicuramente!

I highly recommend it.
Pro: Beautiful apartment, very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom, beautiful new furniture, comfortable beds. In a very good, quiet location. There's a grocery store nearby - 4-minute walk, and a 15-minute walk to the beach. The owner was very kind, helpful, and efficient, and the communication was very good and quick. I highly recommend it!!! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Pro: Der Aufenthalt war perfekt ☺️ Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine sehr tolle Gastgeberin. Wir werden auf wenn wir wieder in Cagliari sind hier übernachten. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar ca.15 Minuten oder mit dem Bus. In der Nähe ist der Flamingo 🦩 Park Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind an der Straße vorhanden. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Unterkunft. Liebe Grüße

Wunderbarer Kurztrip - Cagliari Stadt und Strand
Pro: Gemütliches Apartment in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem ist man auch schnell in der Innenstadt und am Strand. Supermarkt in Gehweite. Sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Inneneinrichtung, alles aufeinander abgestimmt und makellos sauber. Wir hatten zudem das Glück gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis bereits vormittags einchecken zu können. So hatten wir noch mehr von unserem Kurzurlaub. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Viviana lief reibungslos und überaus freundlich. 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Pro: The room is newly renovated, spotless, and hosted by the wonderfully attentive Viviana. It comes with plenty of amenities, including an ironing board, laundry machines, automatic door locks and more!

Really great stay, would be coming back if ever happen to choose Cagliari again.
Pro: Almost all you can think of is available: a washing machine, a hair dryer, beach towels, television, cooking equipment etc.
Contro: I was surprised to see a camera inside the apartment in the living room. It was pointed at the door, however, across the living room (no cameras in other rooms). I think it would be better to somehow place it outside the apartment if security is that important. Location is ok, not bad, not great, pretty close to the beach, but we ended up going by car to a nicer spot. Frequent buses go to the city center
