Pro: Appartamento nuovissimo,pulito e attrezzato. Climatizzazione ottima e i 2 bagni a disposizione sono comodissimi. Ha un parcheggio riservato gratuito ed e' situato in una zona tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia del Poetto ed il centro di Cagliari. Le fermata del bus sono sotto casa. Host gentile e disponibile negli orari di check in/out, ci ha fornito varie info utili riguardo spiagge, ristoranti e attivita'da svolgere. Struttura top lo consiglio vivamente

Pro: Spacious apartment on the second floor, we specifically like the good beds with the soft mattresses.

Contro: A bit more cutlery for the kitchen would be nice.

We can't wait to go back

Pro: Hands down I'll book it again because it was perfect. Positioned in a super quiet area although very cwnreal it's massive for just two people and we only used part of it in fact. It's in a super strategic area, very residential and close to everything from restaurants to bar to the city center and bus stops. There is also a dedicated parking space that is super useful. The apartment is extremely clean and new it has everything you need if you feel lazy and eat in or you order a takeaway. The host is super helpful and nice. Super happy to give you local tips too and surprised us wirh local cookies, prosecco and water.

A cosy, spacious apartment for short and longer stays, where you can feel just like home.

Pro: Beautifully renovated, modern apartment with air conditioning and strong WiFi. It has two bathrooms, three balconies, two bedrooms, and a spacious living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need for a convenient stay. The dedicated parking lot is very valuable if you are traveling by car. Carmen is helpful and a welcoming host. Thank you for the kind welcome drink! :) I highly recommend the apartment for your stay in Cagliari!

Contro: Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. The old town centre is at around half an hour walking distance which is not necessarily a disadvantage, but good to know.

Pro: Очень понравилось, квартира хорошая, удобная, 3 балкона, 2 ванных комнаты, что очень удобно для компании, квартира оборудована всем необходимым, чистая, светлая, просторная, находится в 2-х минутах от автобусной остановки, 5-10 минут и в на пляже. Владелец очень приветливый, и всегда на связи, поможет, подскажет если что-то нужно в городе Кальяри, если что-то нехватает в квартире то владелец очень быстро вам привезёт.

Pro: Tolle Wohnung, gute Lage zur Stadt und zum Strand. Gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine hat super funktioniert und generell ist die Wohnung noch sehr neu.

Contro: Ein paar mehr Schneidebretter wären hilfreich gewesen.
