In centro appartamento di charme con terrazza!

Un soggiorno molto piacevole

Pro: Sin da subìto Sergio il proprietario si è reso molto disponibile e cordiale, anche risolvendo velocemente un piccolo problema con la doccia. Posizione perfetta per girare la città e godere dei tantissimi localini della zona.

Contro: Solo un piccolo consiglio: metterei una tendina nella finestra che affaccia sul terrazzo, essendo in condivisione con altri ospiti dell'appartamento di fronte.

Pro: Tutto perfetto..Sergio è di una cortesia impagabile, struttura nuova e funzionale ad un passo dal centro, anzi..nel centro..dovessi tornare a Cagliari è la prima della lista

Tutto ok. Appartamento ristrutturato da poco e centralissimo. Molto comodo.

Pro: Il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha lasciato l'appartamento più del dovuto. Ci ha permesso di guadagnare una giornata di vacanza. Siamo molto contenti. Lo consigliamo vivamente. La struttura è nuovissima e centralissima.

Contro: Tutti ok.

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Pro: Location was very good. The en-suite bathrooms were excellent and the beds were very comfortable. Sergio allowed us to check in earlier to fit in with our arrival by train. This was very kind of him. He also allowed us a later checkout too.

Contro: Maybe a kettle would have been helpful,

Pro: The apartment was situated in such a perfect area, it was a 10 minute walk from nearly everything and the apartment itself was spotless! Sergio was a wonderful host, he was very kind and patient and answered any questions I had before and during the trip, if we ever come back to cagliari we will for sure be picking this apartment again!

Contro: There were a lot of stairs but that didn't really bother us, you kinda get used to them pretty fast, but maybe just be aware of it incase you have any mobility issues. There honestly wasn't anything we disliked we were very happy with it.

Apartamento recomendable por situación y calidad

Pro: Renovado, funcional, dos baños, habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas.

Contro: No tiene ascensor.

Pro: Wszystko super. Sergio czekał na nasze przybycie do późnych godzin nocnych za co należą mu się dodatkowe podziękowaniami. Pokoje oraz łazienki bardzo przestronne, idealne na wypad 2+2.

Cagliari est une superbe ville très animée . Je déconseille juste la plage du poète en plein mois d août , trop de monde

Pro: Appartement avec deux chambres avec salle de bains privative chacune . Literie excellente, climatisation efficace . Décoré avec goût . Très bien situé et calme la nuit . Pour les fumeurs , pour étendre son linge une terrasse est à disposition. Tout a été parfait . Très bon rapport qualité prix je recommande
