Ottima base per visitare la città e i dintorni.

Pro: Gentilezza del personale che gestisce la struttura, disposizione interna dell'appartamento (ideale per due coppie) in due parti, separate da porte interne, ciascuna delle quali dispone di camera e bagno. Posizione tranquilla a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e delle corriere ed anche dal centro.

Contro: Pulizia migliorabile, deposito cauzionale di 150 €.

Come a casa !!!

Pro: Posizione ottima, appartamento signorile e bene arredato, molto confortevole sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Contro: Un pizzico di attenzione in più alla pulizia (tappeti, ripiani vetro, vetri finestre...) Segnalo, perché risolvibile facilmente, una piccola perdita d'acqua dal sifone lavabo del bagno blu, si riversa all'interno del cassetto che, se non risolta comprometterà l'intero mobile, sarebbe veramente un peccato. Per il resto tutto ok.

Pro: ideal apartment for two couples because it has a great and separate area for each with room and bathroom.

Close to Cagliari sights

Pro: Great location about 8 mins walk to piazza Yenne, spacious appartment, 5 mins walk to Cagliari station (one stop from Cagliari Elmas Airport) and bus station. Air conditioning a real plus and beds were comfortable.

Contro: Could do with cleaning the sofa covers and rug and would appreciate a few kitchen essentials eg salt, pepper, oil, vinegar.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, nicely decorated and comfortable, also well located. Also, not loud (considering the central location). The beds are really comfortable and there is enough storage space. It was great to have two full bathrooms (one for each room). And two balconies (one on each side of the apartment). The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, water boiler, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

Contro: The drawbacks are not too bad, but still worth mentioning: - Scarce amount of toilet paper, and no napkins or kitchen paper. - One of the toilets was not clean, and once we opened the windows a lot of dirt came out from under the beds... - There is no room service or daily cleaning. I guess that, if we needed something, we could have tried at their reception (which is less than 1 min away).

Pro: Super apartament, każda sypialnia z oddzielną łazienka, wspólny salon i kuchnia w której wszystko było. Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z 8 piętra. Polecam

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Pro: Super netter Kontakt zur jederzeit. Schlüsselübergabe trotz später Anreise reibungslos gelaufen (dank Schlüsselbox und Videos die uns dazu übersandt wurden). Saubere, sehr geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen.Toll fanden wir, dass es zwei eigene Bereiche gab. Somit konnten wir uns gut von unseren Freunden separieren, wenn man mal ungestört sein wollte. Wohnung befindet sich im 8. Stock. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, was wir sehr begrüßt haben. Top Lage! Zu Fuß war die Altstadt mit ihren ganzen Bars und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Café Bar war direkt nebenan, ein kleiner Einkaufsladen keine 200 Meter entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Contro: Da wir bei 10 Tagen Aufenthalt auch viel gekocht haben, hätten wir uns ein paar Basic's mehr in der Ausstattung gewünscht. Aber man weiß sich ja zu helfen und Not macht bekanntlich erfinderisch. Parkplatzsituation gerade zum Wochenende sehr schlecht, da muss man schon echt Glück haben.

Pro: à coté de l'hôtel ou nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner tout était parfait et l'accueil chaleurreux

Contro: l'odeur très désagréable dans le hall de l'immeuble

Pro: Bien situé , les espaces sont spacieux lits confortables les douches sont grandes .

Contro: Manque un peu de vaiselle et une chaise il n’y à que 3 chaises .
