Pro: Appartamento in zona residenziale molto ben servita, ad un passo da un lungo mare incantevole e ai piedi della meravigliosa basilica di bonaria. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, comodo dotato di tutto. Molto pulito profumato e ben curato anche negli arredi. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile, mi ha concesso un check in ritardato per un mio imprevisto di lavoro. Pur trovandomi in inverno in una zona abbastanza trafficata l'insonorizzazione dovuta ai vetri è stata perfetta anche per mantenere la casa calda. È diventato il mio appartamento preferito a Cagliari. Grazie

Pro: Superb modern bright appartement . One minute walk to bus stop just outside the building for going to city centre and Poetto beach. . The appartement is super well equipped with everything you need, specially if you like cooking like me.Laura is an incredible host. Though we couldn't met her in person, she went out of her way to accomodate us from our first night till we checked out . Really appreciate you got a new microwave for us. We always go self catering for our holiday and without hesitation, i geniuly rank this place on the top 2 best of my list. Highly recommend . Thank you again Laura for everything. We hope to meet you next time we come to Cagliari.

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment
Pro: We stayed in this apartment with our family for a week and had a wonderful time. The hosts provided us with a sofa that could also be used for sleeping, in addition to the main double bed, which was comfortable but a bit small for two adults with a baby. The apartment itself is very beautiful, modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We already knew the location, so there were no surprises—it’s a bit away from the main center, but that was fine for us. The street outside is quite busy, but thanks to the excellent windows, outside noise was never a problem. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace, where we enjoyed our breakfasts almost every morning. Shops are conveniently located nearby. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to return.
Contro: The only small inconvenience was the check-out time, which was set at 10:30h instead of 11:00h as shown on Booking. Since 11:00h is usually the standard check-out time, this felt a bit early. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

I had a very positive experience staying in the apartment, as it was comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently locate
Pro: The apartment fully matches the pictures. Everything was convenient, and the location was good. All appliances were functioning. It was comfortable and cozy.
Contro: It would be nice to have more glassware. The street is busy, but the windows block out the noise.
