Piacevole e gradevole

Pro: L’appartamento è spazioso, luminoso in un residence tranquillo con auto parcheggiata in un posto riservato e sicuro. Il quartiere è molto verde e silenzioso e pratico per andare nei dintorni di Cagliari. Cucina abitabile, letti comodi e ampio soggiorno. Facile check in e check out con proprietari disponibili.

Contro: Qualche dettaglio da migliorare: non c’è la macchinetta del caffè ma la moka che oramai è desueta..in bagno dei saponi piccolini..anche un normale bagno schiuma avrebbe fatto comodo, non potendo arrivare in tempo nel giorno iniziale, nostro malgrado. Dettagli che secondo me potrebbero ulteriormente migliorare il soggiorno.

Pro: Appartamento ampio, silenzioso, ben tenuto e arredato con gusto, si trova in una posizione ideale per girare la città e uscire agevolmente da Cagliari. Host garbato e molto disponibile a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Il soggiorno è stato positivo e rilassante.

a fantastic holiday in a wonderful place

Pro: The host was very kind and helpful. He waited for us late at night, despite our flight being delayed significantly. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. There's a lovely terrace where you can sit and relax. The area is very quiet and peaceful despite its proximity to the city center. The city center is a short walk away. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded, even in peak season. We want to go back!

Pro: The apartment was very nicely decorated, very large, the most beautiful part is the large balcony. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops. We also liked that it had its own parking.

Pro: The location is fine and apartment is a good size for four person. Two bathrooms and bedrooms very good feature for pair. The private parking is great, Host Giorgio is very friendly and helpful. We can recommend this apartment for all.

Contro: The showers don't work properly. Dish washer and air conditiong don't work at same time.

Hidden Gem in Cagliari: Colle Bonaria Apartment

Pro: We had the pleasure of staying at the Colle Bonaria apartment in Cagliari, and it was an absolute dream. The apartment is not only huge but also fully equipped with the added luxury of two bathrooms and bedrooms. For the same price as our previous stay in Cagliari, we found this hidden gem. It's conveniently close to the city center, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.The apartment features two spacious terraces, a gated community with excellent security, and even parking facilities. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking sea views made our stay truly remarkable. It was a serene and tranquil escape that allowed us to unwind after a day of exploring. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Cagliari.

Good money value for being almost in the center of Cagliari

Pro: The apartment is really huge, on a good location (10min walk to the center), there are markets and a great restaurant just around the corner. A big plus is the car parking with a roof. The host was very helpfull as well. Loved it!

Contro: Everything was great, if I would really go into minor things, the shower heads could be exchanged. A bit splashy but they work.

Pro: Boendet hade allt man behöver och generösa utrymmen. Rent och fräscht och härlig utsikt från balkongen mot solnedgången. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och kom så fort som möjligt när vi råkat låsa in nycklarna. Jag rekommenderar boendet.

Fabulous Apartment in Cagliari

Pro: This is a fabulous spacious apartment in Cagliari. It was perfect for 2 couples with a rental car. There is onsite parking, it’s very close to the marina if taking any boat tours and we had a lovely dinner at a bustling neighborhood restaurant. It’s a short drive to the center of town and Enrico our host was very responsive and gracious. He shared a ton of local information with us and I highly recommend this apartment.
