Appartamento comodissimo in posizione centralissima
Pro: Appartamento in pieno centro a Cagliari, pulito, ordinato, ben organizzato e con tutto l'occorrente. Check-in automatizzato e proprietari pronti a rispondere in breve tempo quando abbiamo avuto domande da porre. Letto e divano letto entrambi comodi e cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Location centralissima e perfetta per chi viene a Cagliari in treno. Riprenoteremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto.

Wonderful, perfectly equipped and quiet apartment in the heart of Cagliari 's beautiful old town run by great hosts
Pro: - Really nice and helpful hosts, super responsive and considerate - great location in the heart of the old town, but still very quiet and spacious, many restaurants right on the street - apartment is really well equipped, everything there, coffee, tea, washing machine, laundry detergent, sope, shampoo, garbage bags etc - comfortable bed - THANK YOU SO MUCH for the great stay
Contro: - rather dark, but that is the small downside of having a really quiet room in the middle of busy downtown, which did not bother us - the smell however was a more uncomfortable for us. Once we managed to get rid of the very strong and artificial room deodorant the smell of cigarettes came through and kept sticking to all our clothes

Perfect Apartment in the Perfect Location to enjoy the charming City of Cagliari 10/10
Pro: The property is spacious, well equipped with great facilities and in the perfect location to enjoy a trip to Cagliari. The walk to the main centre of restaurants is a 2 minute walk with the Bastione St Remy around 10 minutes for stunning views of the city, especially at sunset. Luca and Manuela are the perfect hosts, very responsive with quick replies to any questions, providing information about the area and the best places to go. I will certainly look to stay again when I next visit Cagliari.
Contro: There was nothing to dislike

Loved Cagliari, enjoyed the apartment and its great location. We were pleased we hadn’t plan to cook anything there apar
Pro: Great location and a comfortable apartment with nice bedroom and bathroom. Considering where it was situated, it was quiet and very clean. There was plenty of space and an excellent washing machine which we needed after travelling for 10 days.
Contro: We could not park the car at the property because it was in the middle of the old town and that is how it is if one chooses to stay in the centre of a medieval town. We had initial problems with trying to find out how to park in the Port carpark nearby, but did manage to resolve that. Would be helpful if the owners wrote information about parking in their guest notes, so that others have an easier time. The Port carpark is really convenient too. The apartment had very limited kitchen equipment - not much crockery and no wine glasses. Plus there was no kettle or toaster for English speaking guests who like to have tea and toast for breakfast! And the booking.com confirmation stated there was a tumble dryer, but there wasn’t one.

Pro: The apartment has everything you need. The location is great, it is close to many restaurants, even a few on the same street, to a harbour and a bus stop or the train station. The hosts were very helpful and whenever we had any questions we could send a message and ask. We arrived very late and there was cold water waiting for us in the fridge, which was nice. The instructions about checking in and out were clear, so it was easy to do. Thank you!

Pro: El apartamento es pequeñito pero suficiente para cuatro personas, está muy limpio, utensilios de cocina para hacer algo de comer si quieres. Los dueños super atentos, vía wassap ante cualquier duda, contestan al momento. Está en una zona muy cerca del puerto, y en el casco antiguo, hay muchos restaurantes y zona de tiendas, muy buena zona para callejear.
Contro: A mi gusto le falta un poquito mas de iluminación. o luces un poco mas potentes, ya que da a un patio interior y queda un poquito oscuro
