Appartamento centrale e confortevole

Pro: Appartamento confortevole dotato di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per passare una piacevole vacanza. Nel cuore del centro storico della città, ma in una via tranquilla e meno trafficata. Posizione perfetta per visitare Cagliari.

Pro: Zona tranquilla e molto vicina all'area pedonale centrale

Pro: Staff gentile e disponibile, appartamento grande pulito con tutto l'occorrente, posizione perfetta per visitare tutta la città

Pro: Posizione fantastica , nel centro storico di Cagliari. Vicoletti deliziosi, silenziosi, pieni di fiori, e molto freschi. Casa pulita e i gestori ci hanno supportato in tutto.

Contro: L' androne di ingresso e le scale erano un po' umide ed ammuffite. I vicini del piano superiore non proprio silenziosi. Il bagno era con lo scaldabagno elettrico posizionato sopra la doccia. Non proprio sicurissimo.

Comfortable place at a great location.

Pro: Staff were exemplary! They meet us at odd times for our check in, were exceptionally accommodating and took care of all our demands. The property was clean and tidy and very well equipped. The rooms were bright and adequately sized, each with its own AC and wardrobe.

Contro: The bathroom, in particular the shower and toilet space were a bit narrow. The double bed seemed to be two beds put together. There were also the 5 different buckets for sorting garbage which take half of the kitchen and come with their own book (in Italian) of rules on how to properly sort as well as the corresponding fines if you fail to do so.

Convenience a real bonus.

Pro: Location was perfect. In a city of hills, it was uphill to Bastione St. Remy, and then flat from there. Transit time from the train station was about 15 minutes, and it was ten minutes walk from San Benedetto Market, a must see (and buy). Two balconies on a quiet street, but they were both in bedrooms.

Contro: Galley kitchen, which nevertheless worked, but no real lounge area Kitchen lacked a few amenities, like a sharp all purpose knife, a non-stick pot, and a toaster. Lack of natural light a drawback.

Perfect location, practical and spacious apartment in the heart of Cagliari

Pro: The apartment is extremely well located just near the Bastione St Remy, in a charming area of town. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival, and also the fact that there are two separate bedrooms (i.e. it's not just a big studio) which is great for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The host, Donatella, was very accommodating, as we had to leave early on the day of check-out and she agreed to do the check-out and returned the caution deposit the evening before. If we were going to Cagliari again, we would definitely like to stay in this apartment again

Contro: Just for awareness - The apartment is in a very old building, and although is quite spacious, some of the rooms have unusual shapes, for example the bathroom is a little small and cramped - but this is not a big deal

Pro: Ligging. Dichtbij centrum en er is een hele grote parkeergarage dichtbij. Er komt weinig verkeer door het straatje, want ZTL zone. 4 echt goede bedden. Airco in elke slaapkamer. Hor voor de deuren en in de keuken. De service van Donatella is geweldig. Zij reageert snel, is zeer kundig, denkt mee. Is snel ter plaatse wanneer dat nodig is. We mochten ook wat later uitchecken.

Contro: Je kunt niet met je auto de straat in, je moet je auto voor de straat ff parkeren waar dat niet mag om je spullen daar te krijgen. De taxi mag wel straat in! Er komen ‘s nachts ook af en toe groepjes door de straat die geen rekening houden met het feit dat er ook mensen in de straat slapen. Maar daar valt ook bijna niet aan te ontkomen wanneer je dichtbij centrum wilt zitten.

Pro: accommodatie was erg schoon en op een prima locatie midden in het centrum. redelijk goed uitgeruste keuken

Contro: weinig daglicht. Vanuit keuken geen zicht, vanuit slaapkamers zicht op de buren aan de overkant van de straat

Pro: L'appartement était très bien situé. Un parking à proximité. Très propre.

Contro: Il manquait un canapé pour se poser.
