Pro: Posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi il centro storico e commerciale di Cagliari . Dimensioni e dotazioni dell appartamento più che adeguate. Vicinanza del parcheggio pubblico coperto a costo minimo. Accoglienza ottima e livello molto elevato di pulizia. Estrema vicinanza di bar e ristoranti di buona qualità che non interferiscono con la silenziosità elevata dell immobile. Esperienza superiore alle aspettative essendo la prima in questo appartamento, migliore di altre, sempre molto positive, presso altre strutture nella stessa zona centrale.

Pro: A fantastic starting point for exploring some amazing parts of the city. Easy to access restaurants and transport. The host is friendly and helpful.

The flat is perfect for couples who want to be in central Cagliari close to all the main attractions.

Pro: It was spacious and very clean, good air con and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The location is superb - in a quiet and pretty street just a few minutes flat walk from St Remy Bastion. Monica met us and made us very welcome.

Pro: near every place in old town. great, comfortable, and Reagan was incredibly helpful and kind.

The Right House really is the “best house in the best neighbourhood “ thoroughly recommended

Pro: Best location in Cagliari- the Villanova district. Quiet but close to everything including piazzas, churches, cafes and restaurants even the local bus stop. Perfect location

Contro: The bed was quite firm but that’s a personal taste. There were amazing books on Cagliari, TV in lounge and Bedroom, washer, dryer, hairdryer, 3 sweet balconies, good A/C and attentive staff at hand.

I loved my stay here, felt very at home and sad to leave. The manager is very kind.

Pro: Spacious, designed with style and attention to detail, lovely lamps and lighting … including beautiful books and art to look at. The position is perfect for enjoying Cagliari, close to the Castello, nice shopping streets and lots of restaurants … an excellent one below for breakfast if you are feeling lazy.

Contro: Mmm.. I couldn’t find good food shops nearby .. but didn’t go out of my way to find them … Bathroom installed by a tall man!

Fantastic. Monica was excellent at communicating with us and dealt with any minor issues right away.

Pro: Fantastic location. Right in the heart of where you want to be.

Contro: The kitchen is very small. Two people can’t comfortably work in there but it is fully stocked with equipment including a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Pro: Bliskość centrum i historycznej części miasta. Nad morze także kilka minut spaceru. Dostęp do lokali gastronomicznych. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Komfortowy salon z dużym stołem. Gospodarz czekał z kluczami pomimo przyjazdu po 23:00.

Contro: Po krótkim prysznicu woda zmieniała temperaturę na letnią. Pomimo małej ulicy w mieszkaniu słychać wszelkie hałasy, rozmowy przechodniów, samochody i lokalny autobus. W przypadku późnego lotu, nie ma opcji przedłużenia pobytu nawet o 2-3 godziny pomimo, że apartament pozostaje niewynajęty. Na parterze lokal gastronomiczny z ogródkiem - chwilowo w remoncie - z wejściem dokładnie pod oknami apartamentu.
