Posizione ottima, struttura nuova e ben arredata.
Pro: La posizione è ottima e meno turistica di altre zone. La struttura è molto bella, ben arredata e con servizi nuovi come la cucina e il bagno e la lavatrice/asciugatrice.
Contro: La sera c’è casino fino a tarda notte se si lasciano le finestre aperte può dare fastidio, ma è anche il bello di un quartiere caratteristico molto frequentato dai cagliaritani

Bellissimo appartamento in uno dei quartieri più caratteristici di Cagliari, a pochi passi da tutti i principali
Pro: La posizione molto centrale in un quartiere caratteristico e autentico. Appartamento nuovo con finiture e arredamento curati.
Contro: Nel caso si abbia un’auto non è facile parcheggiare vicino alla struttura.

Pro: We were very satisfied with the apartment, it was very nice, clean, comfortable with spacious rooms. The apartment is located in the city centre with a lot of restaurants, bars, shops around. The owner, Geanina is a very nice person, answered all our questions and helped us organize programs during our 5 days stay. Even late check-out was possible adjusted to our flight in the afternoon. I really recommend this apartment!

Gorgeous modern apartment tucked away from the main thoroughfare.
Pro: Our apartment was in a fantastic location and had all the mod cons you could need for a stay away from home. Loved the rain shower and the rooms had air con which helped in the heat.

In general, I rate my stay very highly, with no weak points.
Pro: I highly recommend staying in this apartment. We spent a week there (two adults and two children). The apartment is spacious, clean, and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is located in the city centre, very close to a huge number of restaurants. We travelled to the Poetto beach by city bus (about 35 minuts); the bus stop was very close, the same as the supermarket where I bought things for breakfast. The apartment manager is very kind, helpful and answers all questions. Check-in was problem-free, even late at night, because the keys to the apartment are located in a code-locked box.

Pro: We stayed for 6 nights with our 7 months baby girl and it was like home. Perfect location, quite neighborhood. Very clean apartment with anything you want. Washing machines were very useful and also the baby cot. You have a lot of restaurants, bars nearby. Also there is a paid parking 10 minutes away, 10 euros per day.
Contro: 1. Some coffee would have been very appreciated. 2. The only difficult (would not say negative) was the fact that the apartment was to the first floor, with steep and quite narrow stairs. At the beginning, for us it was a little bit difficult with the stroller and with a 7 months baby. But in 2 days, we got used to that.

Pro: Apartament w Cagliari okazał się świetnym wyborem — nowoczesne i bardzo dobrze wyposażone wnętrza sprawiają, że od razu można poczuć się jak w domu. Lokalizacja jest idealna do zwiedzania miasta, a jednocześnie pozostaje spokojna. Na duży plus zasługują udogodnienia, takie jak klimatyzacja, wygodna kuchnia i szybkie Wi-Fi. Gospodarz był wyjątkowo pomocny, szybko reagował na pytania i udzielił wielu praktycznych wskazówek, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Polecam z pełnym przekonaniem.

Logement magnifique, parfaitement équipé et très bien placé
Pro: L'appartement était magnifique et confortable. L'emplacement au milieu au milieu du très joli quartier de Villanova était vraiment très agréable et calme. On a pu déposer nos bagages devant la maison
Contro: L'absence de stationnement à proximité et l'obligation de payer le stationnement pour rester à distance raisonnable du logement. Nous regrettons également l'organisation de la pièce de vie avec un canapé pour 2 alors que nous étions 4 et le coin repas peu confortable (espace trop petit pour les jambes lorsqu'on est autour de la table. Bref, nous n'avons pas pu nous rassembler tous les 4 pour chiller confortablement autour d'un jeu ou d'une discussion
