Pro: La gentilezza del proprietario, la sua disponibilità e cortesia, la pulizia, la posizione centrale che permette di fare una passeggiata bellissima nel meraviglioso centro di Cagliari, la vista dalla finestra dell'appartamento stesso, tutto ciò che serve all'interno per stare comodi e vivere qualche giorno in completo relax. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Consigliatissimo e tornerò sicuramente!

Pro: Posizione ideale in una via molto suggestiva del centro storico. Padrone di casa molto disponibile, ci ha aiutate con il parcheggio, i bagagli e ci ha dato dei suggerimenti preziosi sulla città e i ristoranti tipici. Appartamento pulito, ben tenuto e con tutto il necessario.

Pro: Apartment has a very good location, close to the main attractions in the historic city centre. Close to the railway station when you are going to and from the airport. Close to the bus terminal if you need a bus to the beach. Host was very helpful and welcoming.

Pro: Wonderful Place to stay very friendly and helpful Ugo everytime responding and willing to help. The Apartment very clean and near to Centrum. A Diamond piece. Thanks for everything Ugo

Amazing apartment in a great location.

Pro: This apartment is extremely comfortable and is well with everything that we needed. The location is excellent, it’s on a beautiful street and easy to walk anywhere in the city. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Pro: Nice little compact apartment with all the basic necessities catered for. Quiet building and street so always a good night's sleep. Nice view of the castle hill and very pleasant locals. Quick access to good markets, restaurants and bus/train station

Contro: There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke occasionally inside the apartment but infrequent and tolerable

Pro: This centralised location boasts so much Sardinian/Italian culture! A spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, a kitchen and bathroom. This was ideal for me and my friend (keen travellers) as all we needed was somewhere to sleep in comfort and rest a short distance from the town centres shops, restaurants, sea and nightlife. The Hosts were top people who made this stay a lot less stressful by communicating with us prior and once arrived told us everything we needed to know.

Contro: I really have nothing negative to say about this property.

Εξαιρετικό, θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε. Διευκόλυνε την περιήγησή μας στην πόλη.

Pro: Η τοποθεσια: στο πιο όμορφο quartiere στο παραδοσιακό quartiere Stampace, δίπλα ακριβώς σε ο,τι κανείς μπορεί να ζητήσει να δει. Απολύτως κεντρικά αλλά σε σοκάκι που δεν έχει θόρυβο από την κίνηση του κέντρου. Με απίθανη θέα στο Castello, και super market (Crai) ανοιχτά κάθε μέρα ως πολύ αργά σε walking distance για late night or weekend travellers. Το ίδιο το διαμέρισμα είναι παραδοσιακό, αισθάνεσαι ότι γίνεσαι μέρος της γειτονιάς και ζεις σα local. Πολύ κοντά walking distance σε δύο στάσεις του λεωφορείου 7 (στάση Ospedale και piazza Yenne) που κάνει όλη τη διαδρομή του Castello, Villanova, Rinascente, δηλαδή αν θες δεν περπατάς καθόλου. Πολύ δυνατό wi fi, internet. Εξαιρετικά φιλικός ο ιδιοκτήτης και διακριτικός μας κέρασε την τοπική μπίρα και τοπικά chips όταν ήρθαμε. Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα από 20 εως και 27 Ιουλίου. Θα ξαναμέναμε σίγουρα εκεί.

Contro: Μας άρεσαν όλα στο κατάλυμα ίσως κάποια στιγμή να ήθελε ο ιδιοκτήτης να βάλει smart tv, τώρα έχει μια απλή συμβατική με πρόσβαση σε ιταλικά κανάλια, για όποιον θέλει να δει τηλεόραση, εμείς δεν τη χρειαστήκαμε. Και ίσως να κουράσει κάποιους η ανηφόρα γιατί είναι στους πρόποδες του Castello. Θα πρέπει κάποιος να γνωρίζει ότι το 2ο δωματιάκι δεν έχει παράθυρο με θέα, έχει ένα μικρό παραθυράκι στον φωταγωγό, ωστόσο εγώ κοιμήθηκα εκεί χωρίς πρόβλημα, έχει ημίδιπλο κρεββάτι, ωραίο στρώμα και ντουλάπα για τα ρούχα.

Pro: Me gusta cuando hay alguien que me recibe,me explica que es lo lindo de su ciudad, dónde está el supermercado,etc. El departamento está muy bien ubicado,cerca de todos los puntos de interés. Ugo siempre a disposición. Cagliari hermosa!!

Contro: En pocas de las casas italianas encontré rallador para el queso... Ugo!!! Estaba todo completo pero hay que comprar una grattugia!!!! Jajajaja
