Bella casa Ha superato le mie aspettative

Pro: Il terazzo, la casa era bella e pulita, il salotto era spazioso,ce bella vista

Contro: Mi e piaciuto tutto

Pro: Attico davvero fantastico in posizione comoda per tutte le attrazioni di Cagliari, dotata di un ottimo terrazzo. Luminosissima, ben arieggiata, letti confortevoli, cucina ben fornita, Wi-Fi ottimo anche per lavorare. Lo staff è molto responsivo e disponibile, davvero molto gentili

Contro: Purtroppo la casa non ha zanzariere, ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza in questo autunno pieno di zanzare. Da segnalare anche che si tratta di un terzo piano senza ascensore, potrebbe essere problematico per persone a mobilità ridotta

Pro: We were on the second floor,two excellent bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen and Living space. Mario and Genny are very responsive and supportive. Handily placed for shops and restaurants. Leonardo’s, great Pizza , simple eat in with a beer. Sushi at the roundabout very good. Our best meal was on our travels to the restaurant at Zueddas grotto, wonderful pasta and Sardinian stew. Great service.The grotto was fun and interesting

Contro: Balcony is a nice area to sit out on but could do with chair and a Murphy table. The bin system is a challenge as are the stairs with a heavy suitcase. Though you do feel good after a hearty meal.

Pro: Very spacious old apartment with lots of character. A great rooftop balcony and a great location in the heart of the city

Contro: Steep stairs to get to the 2nd floor and no hand rail. Difficult to find on street parking so ended up using multi storey car park on 3 out of 5 days

Pro: Вялікая кватэра з тэрасай. Непадалёк рынак Сан Бенэдэта. Зручна дабірацца на пляж і цэнтар гораду. У кватэры ёсьць ўсё патрэбнае для жыцьця. Гаспадар дапамог выклікаць таксі. Побач шмат крамаў і рэстаранаў.

Contro: Не было геля для душа і шампуня, толькі малое мыла. Цяжкавата было без ліфта.

Pro: Location , spaciousness , cosy liveable and above of that hospitality of the host, Mario. Need to pinpoint that Mario is very hands-on and informative when you need him.

Contro: Getting up a flight of stairs which demand individual stamina. Power outage which often interrupted to your dinner cooking. (Which I understand we may use a few electrical appliances at the same time.)

Contro: The only, very very small negative is that there were no sun loungers on the rooftop

Pro: Staff were very helpful, location is central but in a quiet area. The penthouse was well equipped.

Contro: Penthouse is on the 3rd floor without lift. Having a toddler, it was challenging at times to go up and down multiple times per day.

Pro: Lovely apartment, brand new, very clean, amazing views with two terraces. Mario and Genny were very accommodating and answered questions immediately. Gave us lots of great recommendations and made us feel very welcome. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The location is fantastic, we walked everywhere and got the number 3 bus all the way to the edge of the beach, so no need to get the v busy beach buses. The Aircon is in every room and so the flat keeps a lovely cool temperature, we were worried because it is top floor it would be hot but not at all! The kitchen was well equipped, no need to bring anything, they have thought of everything you would need for making a meal. The only thing I would add is a cafetiere/french press for making coffee, instead of using coffee pod machine.
