Fantastico soggiorno nel cuore di Cagliari

Pro: La posizione centralissima nel cuore di Cagliari, comoda per tutto: visita a tutti i maggiori centri di interesse della città, ristoranti, trasporto locale. Un plauso a Sabrina e allo staff sempre molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Tutto bellissimo,piccolezze che fanno la differenza purtroppo,la tv in camera ci vorrebbe proprio,come il phone che poteva essere un pochino più grande,essendo di quelli in miniatura da viaggio,ma per il resto niente da dire tutto bellissimo e completo di tutto,al centro di Cagliari vicino a tutto,la signora gentilissima ci ha ospitati veramente bene,siamo stati benissimo,ci torneremo di sicuro❤️

APPARTAMENTO DI LUSSO, PREZZO ONESTO

Pro: POSIZIONE CENTRALE DELL'APPARTAMENTO SU PALAZZO SIGNORILE CON ASCENSORE. APPARTAMENTO NUOVISSIMO. PERFETTO SIS PER VACANZA CHE PER LAVORO.

Pro: Sabrina is amazing and she was available for any help we asked for. location and cleanliness are the best advantages of this apartment.

Pro: Be careful with the bed in the bedroom; it's very unstable and could fall apart at any moment. I placed the mattress directly on the floor. I received text messages several times about taking out the trash; I was supposed to take the trash with me on the last day. Regarding the place, it met my expectations. The location was good. I received several restaurant recommendations from the host, and I chose one—it was fantastic. Well, the devil is in the details; I won't choose this place next time.

Cagliari dream

Pro: Marina was extra helpful to us. She has been amazing. Location fabulous and apartment was clean tidy and comfortable.

Great apartment, but some minor things ...

Pro: Great location. Near everything but still quiet enough. The old town is just a short walk up the hill. The main nightlife area is around the corner. Trainstation is nearby. There's also a grocery shop around the corner. You can buy and cook your own food. Coffee machine with capsules is convenient. Overall nice apartment, recently renovated, airconditioner, Netflix, Youtube, Wifi etc etc.

Contro: As a foreigner it was hard to communicate with the owner because she didn't speak english almost at all. I couldn't get anwsers to even basic questions like what's the number (or name) of the apartment. There were lot's of rentals in the building and the aprtment door had no numbers or signs. I would have needed a small sign or explanation where to leave the trash. They had three trashbins for different waste but no explanation where to empty the bins. PS! The apartment door didn't move well and required some muscle strenght.

A brilliant clean perfectly located apartment just a short walk from everything.

Pro: The location is excellent. Facilities very good and bed comfortable. Although right in the vibrant city, the glazing cut out all noise. Peaceful nights.

Contro: Nothing to dislike. Access brilliant. One small criticism is perhaps bar type stools would be better suited for the eating area as chairs a little low.

Lovely apartment in gorgeous Cagliari

Pro: Very clean and safe with lots of space for 2, very central in lovely Cagliari. Having a washer / dryer was brilliant as we were travelling light and moving location frequently.
